Very inattentive to the counter. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes today. No one around to take order. Walked out multiple times over the last few months. Decided to eat else where over lunch break. This place use to be a good place for a quick lunch.

I don't eat at Subway. not sure why it wants me to review it. The first time that I ever ate a subway sandwich was in 1992, i was in an institution.

I am very disappointed in the portions and prices at Subway. I have not eaten there for awhile and it is not a good choice. 6 inch sub roll is half the size it was before. Salads are smaller. Prices are higher. I questioned the employees and they said there were no portion changes which is untrue. I will not be eating there in the future. Then they failed to scan my rewards card so I received no credit for my purchases. I was told oh well we forgot.

Please use this store as an example. I put a note on my order today I’m allergic to tomato. When I came in I was told even though no sandwich where made yet she still wiped the area down and got a knife from the back that was not around the tomato at all I have never had this experience at any other store I felt so supported her and she didn’t even call my allergies weird like other stores

GIVE THEM A RAISE HERE!!!!!
Best store ever and best experience I will only come here! I will never go elsewhere.

I just purchased the most pathetic-looking 12" Tuna Sub via "order on- line and pick up in restaurant." I only wish I could provide you with a photo as I do have one on personal file for future reference. I'm wondering if there is a shortage of tuna (I'm unaware of) since my sandwich barely had three tablespoons of meat inside. Please be aware this is the second time I ordered at this location and was disappointed. The first time~ I went directly to the store manager because TWO subs were missing mostly all the extras I ordered to be included in the subs. (The manager did offer me a replacement @ the time.) I am offering my second complaint to YOU directly now and I do expect some type of satisfaction. I order on- line and pick up in store because I work hard, I'm tired, and I shouldn't have to stand at the case and watch your sandwich makers in order to receive a suitable Footlong Sub/Subs for which I am expected to afford.Thank You,
