Had a problem, ordering my food on the kiosk, and the young gentleman that I had come from the back to help fixed me up real quick and made the process super simple. He made me all my food fresh and I got out of the door quick. Customer service skills were great and all of our food was hot and fresh. 01/11 @ 8:30pm

I waited 10 minutes for food. Then in front of me because the sandwich wasn't closing in wrapper right, cook threw my sandwich across his counter then picked it all up and slammed it into trash can. 5 minutes later they tell me it will be ANOTHER 10 minutes because the chicken wasn't prepared. There was nothing wrong with the first one!!! He just couldn't close wrapper and immaturity kicked in and he slung it all around. In front of me and other customers.

I came in today, and ordered, but my chip card wouldn't work on the reader. While I was trying to get it to work, I was noticed immediately by an employee of yours named Matt. He told me they were having problems with the card readers and quickly offered to take my order at the kiosk. On my burgers I like a slice of cheese on each patty. He took note and was sure to tell the people in the back to split the cheese up, and I also overheard him jumping to get a girl's icee when she mentioned she needed a drink. He was all over the place multitasking for alot of customers during rush hour. I really appreciate seeing him going above and beyond for the customers. It's not something I see very often these days in fast food workers. God knows they don't get paid enough for all the hard work they do. I wanted to put a good word in for Matt. He's a hard worker from what I can tell and if you guys lose him, you're probably going to regret it. I'd be doing everything I could to keep him around. Thanks for the food and the friendly atmosphere, Matt. It really was a breath of fresh air.

I was waiting 30 minutes for my food when I was then informed that the boiler was not working and I had to settle for a different burger. That fine, but In the meantime, they let my food sit in my food was cold by the time I got it. No offer of refund just a quick sorry turn around and walk away. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever encountered at a Burger King.

Lady with the pink hair I'd assume the manager was extremely rude to her employees. Just seemed miserable. Kept saying she want Flash Gordon well that was definitely evident watching her make my sloped together burger. Mushy onion rings cold fry.
The two women were running the place pridefully & we thoroughly enjoyed that. Karen make a mean pot’o’joe!

The whopper seemed bigger than normal. Definitely had to use 2 hands. Fries were delicious and fresh. The single stray onion ring in the bottom of my fries was delicious. Almost want to go back and get a small order of onion rings now.
