What terrible management. I just wanted a refill of coffee and the attendant told me after waiting 5 minutes at the counter I had to use the machine to place my order. I was the only customer here… I have cash so I don’t want to use the machines. Got rude with me when they opened… what a way to start the day… no thanks ;)6k this place. Don’t come here!!! Do yourself the favor. If I was managing this location I would fire both employees for being lazy and disrespectful.

I recently visited your location and used the self-service kiosk to place an order. The kiosk indicated that I could pick up my receipt at the counter, but unfortunately, I was unable to obtain it. Understanding that the receipt is important for a business transaction, I kindly requested assistance from the staff. However, I was rudely informed that it couldn't be provided at that time without the manager’s presence. Terrible customer service.

Conveniently located within a travel plaza on the Pennsylvania Turnpike, this spot is easy to access and a solid option for a quick bite. The area was relatively clean, though the staff seemed a bit disorganized and could have been friendlier. That said, our order was correct and prepared well, which is always a plus. While the service could use some improvement, the convenient location and properly made food earn this place a solid 4 stars. If half-stars were an option, I’d probably give it a 3.5.

Came here for baskin Robbin’s ice cream which is attached to the Dunkin, it was Friday 8:00pm I asked for mint chocolate chip which was sitting in the case. I was told I can’t have it because it’s not Saturday. No clue why, why’s it in the case if I can’t have it? This place is dumb.
