I’ve been a patron of Rotsells for years, even before the crazy times around covid.

The food choices are pretty vast and there is sure to be something for anyone. Up until recently I have always suggest Rotsell's as a great place to stop for a hearty meal at a reasonable price. Service has always been great as well. But my last visit really threw me off, My party was charged $2.99 for a small amount of mayo on the side. We specifically asked for it on the side, but it was put they had also directly added some on the sandwich—only for us to be charged for the mayo on the side anyway.

It feels like a petty charge, especially for something so minor. I’ve always appreciated Rotsell's for its reasonable prices and quality service, but this felt a little over the top.

It’s like the diner version of Cheers where everybody knows your name. Or at least they surely would if we weren’t from out of town.

A fine example of small town USA this is another one of those local gems. No they aren’t a five star restaurant or a tourist trap. Their food is average and right down the middle of the road as far as diner fair goes. Nothing to write home about, but nothing to really complain about.

Small town family own business like this are the inspiration for chain eateries trying to look local. But this please is the real deal and they are worth the visit just to suck up the history and strong sense of patriotism on full display.

The staff are straight out of central casting with friendly smiles, speedy service and happy experience. My only regret was I didn’t get a chance to ask about Miss Marcy and her crew with their reserved parking space and table by the window. I know that has to be a great story.

All in all it’s a good meal at a reasonable price. But more importantly it’s a great slice of Americana that shouldn’t be missed. I also love the fact that your supporting local businesses as well

It's just a great small town place. Food is good. Great breakfast. And they are open on SUNDAY MORNINGS! Rhe service was good. The gentleman was attentive and polite. The best thing about the place. Price. I brought my family of 4 for breakfast and we left there full. And it was under 50 with a solid tip. We will be regulars on Sundays

We went to Rotsell's for breakfast on Mother's Day. They were super busy. The food tasted good, but was cold when it arrived. the waitress was very pleasant but had too many tables and was not able to keep up with the demands of her customers. The mother's in our group were not even offered the strawberry shortcake that was supposed to be offered.
