Menu changes were not for the best, used to be a favorite of ours to go to. I think today was the last time we will be going. Staff were amazing and did their best but they altered my favorite dish by removing the parts that made it unique and flavorful. They also discontinued the option to get a dairy free flight without advertising that they would no longer be doing so as they had done since putting flights on the menu. The deluxe bacon sampler tasted although the bacon was cooked the previous day and reheated to serve. This was never the caliber of food we were greeted with previously being avid Gracies supporters and recommenders. Like I said, the wait staff were wonderful but with food quality depreciating so badly and dairy free flights being removed without warning, our relationship with this restaurant has ended. I should have chosen Agape, I thought about it, and I clearly made the wrong choice. I will recommend other options to friends and acquaintances in the future.

Gracies offers a unique menu of items from breakfast through dinner. There are so many must trys it worth going back a few times. We typically go for breakfast to have some of there special bacon. Most recently I was in for dinner to try there cheesesteak. Yummy.

We kind of stumbled upon Gracies and we are sure happy we did. Our waitress was sweet and patient with us during a busy time as we asked questions. Our food was amazing. The Iced Biscoff Latte was absolutely out of this world. Best Latte I have ever had. We plan to travel back again just for Gracies. Get there and try it for yourself!

Our waitress was wonderful, and the food options were great overall. However, I wouldn’t return due to how poorly the restaurant handled a food allergy request. Our 4-year-old has an egg allergy (he can tolerate baked egg and we don’t require strict cross-contamination precautions). Unfortunately, all of the kids' menu items included eggs. We asked if we could order the kids' breakfast—normally served with toast, potatoes, bacon, and egg—without the egg and simply substitute an extra piece of toast. We were told no, and the only option offered was ordering a la carte, which was significantly more expensive. Given that eggs are one of the more costly items on the plate, it was disappointing that a simple substitution like an extra slice of bread couldn’t be accommodated. It felt unnecessarily rigid and unwelcoming for a child with a common dietary restriction. While we appreciated the service, the lack of flexibility around a basic allergy makes it hard to recommend this place.

Me and my family went to Gracie’s restaurant and was an amazing experience, food was so fresh and tasty, Tesla our server was so nice and knowledgeable, since we stepped in they were so friendly, my kids loved this place , my son doesn’t eat Mac and cheese if they aren’t Kraft but when he tried their Mac and cheese he got in love with it asking when we were to comeback, food was amazing and delicious, highly recommended

Not sure which was more amazing! Arrived 6/1/2025 11:45 was told it could be a 25 min wait - no worries - 10 mins later we were taken to our table. Then was greeted with a warm smile from our waiter “KEVIN” a true rock star! Mentioned we were new to the place but heard people really enjoyed the food. Kevin pointed out the recommendations and allowed us time to look over the menu - we came up with the bbq cheesesteak and bacon grilled cheese with tomato bisque. Seems plain right - not a chance the portion was perfect the food was hot when served and the flavors went perfectly together! We also ordered the flight of bacon! The 7 flavors presented to us floored our taste buds!!! Again Kevin being a gracious host made sure we were taken care of and again patient when we forgot the flavor of the month to explain it again! Honestly, we don’t know what was better - the bacon, the food or Kevin! All were AMAZING!!! We will be recommending to all of our friends and family! Next visit we will be trying the sweet bread board!

Our 1st time there! Fabulous! Never had a breakfast ANYWHERE that was so good & they were the best potatoes I've ever had! All the girls who worked there were so sweet. Just a wonderful experience!

Gracie’s on West Main never misses! It’s our go-to restaurant for any meal! My kids love it and my extended family always asks to go there when they visit us from out of town. My husband’s favorite is the Caramel Burger and I love the butterbeer latte! The atmosphere is fun. We love bringing our out of town visitors here.

Spent 3 days in area for work, and went there all 3 days for lunch or dinner. Only issue I have is it's not close to where I live. It's a shame I would have to drive 2.5 hours for that delicious food they serve. The tomato soup is unbelievably amazing!! 👏

My fiance and I decided to try this place last night for the first time. We live in the area and always drive by but have never stopped. And let me just say... we have been missing out!!!! The food was absolutely amazing!!!!! The manager (idk her name) was also so sweet and kind and made us feel so welcome! I had the caramelized bacon burger and my fiance had the cream chipped beef with eggs, peppers, and onions. They were both so so so good! We will be back!

Lancaster hash did not taste good. Dry beef gravy tasted bad. Told the server who told the manager. Comped me $3 off of a $16 food item. Felt like it should have been the full price. Took the rest home and threw it in the trash.
