We'd heard good things but were nonetheless pleasantly surprised by this hidden little gem. The service was top drawer, the atmosphere just right for a last minute, but long overdue date night, the food was excellent, and the mixologist at the bar made a custom creation for my wife.
How have we overlooked this place? Friends recommended it and they were spot on. The Osso Buco sliders were wonderful, as was the Strip Steak and Swordfish; our server was warm and knowledgeable. We stopped at the bar for a drink before dinner and ended up staying for two; the woman behind the bar was smiling and witty and obviously enjoys her work.
We dine out frequently and our evening at Osteria was a high point. We will be back.

As part of our stay at the inn, we ordered room service from this restaurant last night. It was INCREDIBLE. I don’t have any bad things to say about this place. The room service was quick and friendly, both for delivery and pickup afterwards. Jomara at the host stand was extremely personable and kind and she made the experience amazing. The braised beef and goat cheese penne dish was probably the best pasta I’ve ever tasted. Thank you Osteria Avanti!!!
