My fiancé ordered a chocolate milkshake with a lump of vanilla ice cream. Meaning a lump of ice cream added that is not mixed in. I order this every time at other locations and always get it the way I ask. They hand him a milkshake with a flat lid on (which is clear) and you can clearly see there is no lump of vanilla ice cream. He asked for them to add the lump of ice cream and they told him it was “in there”. It is definitely not “in there”. This is the second time at this location they didn’t add the ice cream and thus why he specifically asked. It’s also so liquified that it seems like chocolate milk more than a milkshake. He got two milkshakes, one was supposed to be a regular choc milkshake and the other choc with a lump of vanilla in it. They are both exactly the same. Why lie? Why tell him “it’s in there” when you can clearly tell it’s not? Cost over $9 for two small milkshakes and not even made correctly. Then when I called they pick up the phone and don’t say anything and then hang up. I called 3 times. I will wait until spring and go to Lackey’s. At least they don’t lie about adding the lump of ice cream 🙄

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place cannot make a decent blizzard. 3 out of the last 3 blizzards had NO candy in them. I even ordered extra. We tried to like this dq, but after many chances, gave up on them. Save your money and buy a gallon of ice cream at the grocery store. Anything would be better.

8:30 pm on a summer night and the doors are locked up like a drum even though posted hours are until 10. Meanwhile there are cars going everywhere, flying around trying to get into the long line for drive through that is snaking around the building and out into the road. Someone is going to get hit. I’m outta here; there are other places to go with better service.

When mcd's has a long line, just go to DQ. Almost always no line. Sometimes it can take a while to get your food ready though... on the ice cream -watch out for stale toppings like bad peanuts and stale candy in your blizzard.

Slow line 25 minutes on line at 6pm and only 4 cars place is slower then the McDonald’s up the road. Line makes me want to drive off every time if it wasn’t for the kids wanting the food I wouldn’t go there at all slowest line I’ve ever.
