Slow line 25 minutes on line at 6pm and only 4 cars place is slower then the McDonald’s up the road. Line makes me want to drive off every time if it wasn’t for the kids wanting the food I wouldn’t go there at all slowest line I’ve ever.

EVERY TIME I go to this DQ my food is cold. I specifically asked “could you please make sure my food is hot.” being as though nobody else was in the drive thru line I’d expect no problems. Fries and strips ICE COLD. I drive my food back because i’m fed up. I get what I thought was a fresh hot meal, the fries are hot, strips are WARM, and they forgot my gravy I pay extra for. I don’t know why I continue to go.

My family went through the drive through, and the girl that was at the window was the worst server we had ever experienced. This girl did not smile or talk AT ALL. She was absolutely miserable. Never will go back. Totally unprofessional.

Was a pleasant visit less the loud high school kids coming in when Kiski (across the road) let out.
So, it's a shame I have to put service so low here because the people in here are extremely nice. However, judging on service & not personality, this place is a solid 1. I always order through the mobile app everytime I come here, that way things are prepared in advance & I can just stop & go. That doesn't apply here. Almost everytime I come here I'm waiting in line for 15 - 20 minutes. Even at the window. I just ordered a milk shake & it was literally like water. Whip cream melted & everything. That implies that it sat around for awhile. Yet... if that's the case & it was done already, why was I sitting at the window so long? That implies they were making it fresh then? Right? Nothing makes sense here.
Not to mention that my order is correct 25% of the time here. If I came here 4 days out of the week, only once would my order be correct & on time. Blizzards are also never made the same way twice here. Zero consistency. I'm half tempted to try another DQ but it sucks because this one is so close to me. In dire need of different management or staff. Makes changes, DQ.

The manager was horrible to deal with. Totally unprofessional . Rude too other customers. 5 customers all 5 orders were messed up. Horrible horrible service. That manager is not a manager. She was terrible yelling and rude to custumers.
