Ordered at 4:11pm and was told 35 minutes for delivery. At 5:11pm called and was told the driver is in my area. Finally delivered at 5:34pm. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time this has happened. I do know that it will be the last time.

Ordered 2 Taco salads today & they were disappointing. Only had 1/4th cup of dried up ground meat on them.
I can get better salads elsewhere for 28$ we spent.

Called to order a special. Girl had no idea what I was talking about. It was off their flyer. Then told me I couldn't order it on Sunday. Then tried to tell me to order it online. I have probably ordered this pizza two dozen times. Called Vandergrift store and ordered with no problems.

First time ordering here in a few years. The owners put specials out on Facebook so I got takeout. Ordered the "Big Daddy" and it was great! The inside of the restaurant is also nice and clean with a friendly staff. Will be ordering again soon.

We ordered kind of late towards closing. Staff unfortunately messed up on the white pizza but gave us both pizzas for free plus an order of cheesy breadsticks for their mistake. It wasn't even late and was on time so we'd never have known. Food was very fresh. I was kind of surprised it was so good as other Fox's experiences at other locations have not been so great. Will ordered again!

We placed a very large order today 12/9/23. My daughter in law treated us to dinner. When it came ,and we went to eat , my steak wedgie had very little steak on it my son got a chicken salad with double chicken he only got half the chicken. We didn't get our condiments . She called and got a rude it was correct we weigh out meats and she hung up. No we're sorry we will fix this for you. What ever happened to the customers always right. Fox's just lost a large chunk of change.

Ordered pizza and paid a day ahead, cancelled next morning and staff said they would take it off of my credit card but never did. It’s been over a week and no one will call me back or credit my card for $27.80. Very angry and just want my money. These people more less scammed me for the amount. Never received a

Will never recommend this nor will I ever order from here again. Ordered a drink on my order which was wrong and asked to be compensated or have the correct one delivered as I wasn’t able to do so myself. The manager on duty told me that wasn’t what was on the receipt and there was nothing they could do about it. She was very rude as well after speaking 2 times I called my bank and was gonna dispute the charge which while I was on the phone with them she called me back saying they would refund that which I’m still waiting for it to happen. It maybe a small amount of money but doing that to every customer when they were the ones messing up and telling me theirs nothing they can do to fix the issue I will never spend my money there again!
