We recently picked up a decorated quarter sheet cake. First the price of$29 is ridiculous. What did it cost to them to make this cake 4 or5 bucks. Talk about ripping off the public. There is no way your baked goods are worth the price. Raising gobs to $10 from $5.99. Really. And to boot the cake we ordered looks like a first grader decorated it. I would have just not taken the cake but we needed it for a party . Shame on Giant Eagle for their bakery at Leechburg . We will not be ordering our cakes for our office anymore.

1 register open this morning on Saturday at 9, but they removed 4 or 5 regular registers and put 4 new fancy self check out registers in addition to the ones they had. I'm done bagging my own groceries, I don't work for Giant Eagle. Giant Eagle, give your shoppers an incentive to use the self check out registers, a % off or other rewards. You are are pushing me to the smaller grocery stores.

the pharmacy is the worst. wait 25 mins in line to be told to go to the back of the line and wait for 20 more mins. i will never spend another penny there. also the punk college kid that waited on me needs to learn how to talk to the customer. how about some training?

Really enjoy the orange drop and pumpkin drop cookies. They are $5 for a container of 10 which is a little steep. I went to buy them today and they were much smaller. I’m not going to pay $5 for 10 small cookies. I put up with the bakery sometimes being cheap with the icing but unless I see them back to normal size I’m done buying them.

They really dropped the ball on this covid thing, all of giant eagle, quite pathetic.
It's super convenient for me and a majority of the staff are very nice. I'll be honest I only ran into one worker with a bad attitude. But he was a manager so he probably had a bunch of Karen's on him about Romaine lettuce during that huge recall. But all in all great place, good selection, ok prices & super nice workers (besides that one guy).

Three cars in front of me at the drive-thru pharmacy. Waited 27 minutes in line. I asked the lady that was at the window what was taking so long she told me if I didn't want to wait in line that I should just come inside. Great customer service maybe she should find another job.
