It's just a walk-up window small ice cream place on a back road in Armstrong county. But the ice cream was phenomenal. I had better pecan and it was delicious

Good thing I'm fat or else I couldn't have eaten all that ice cream. I ordered two scoops; they gave me five. I was told that was indeed two scoops. There were a lot of people eating ice cream, so it must be popular.
