Everytime we order through the mobile app, we always are missing food. We also recently ordered one item in drive through. The line was short and they were not busy inside. Almost 20 minutes for a cheeseburger. 2 cars ahead didn't order much and waited forever also.

Self service kiosks are annoying and do not speed up the process. Paying cash is a 3 step process and good luck getting staffs attention.
They served my food to the wrong table and after the other customer had their hands on the food and the kids ate some of the fries they tried to bring to me and on top of that the entire order was wrong

The food is always good. Remodeled within the last several years, so it looks great inside and out. The service during peak hours can be frustrating. This is consistently one of the slowest locations on the face of the earth.

they are never on top of things…always canceling orders and losing track of who ordered what. every time i come here i have issues.

It was hard to find a clean table. The food was good but some stuff was missing from our kids’ meals like apple slices and the dip that came with the chicken meal. We had to go up multiple times to ask for the stuff that came with our food and the staff were not happy about it. The happy meals were a favorite and the chicken strips were a nice change up from the nuggets!
