I asked for the 2 cheese burger meal and ended up with 2 fish sandwiche meals. Went in and told the young kid working the problem and I’ve never seen someone so confused in my life. Then had to wait almost a half hour for 2 cheeseburgers. And these people want $20 an hour? This is what happens when you have a bunch of high school kids working and have no clue about anything. Get with it.

Just waited in line in drive through 30 min, when I finally got to pick up window, the worker was very nice, said food would b out shortly(ordered snack wraps meal). Fries were cold, not warm at all, chicken was dry well done. I understand when your busy, when folks call off, when there are new employees, but to wait that long and it be in poor tasting is uncalled for

We ordered food my other half redeem points everyone got there food but me he had to go back up and show them he redeem 3 times not 2 . The manager was not sympathetic or did not even apologize either
