My husband and I went to the Cranberry location and it was the worst buffalo chicken salad I've ever had. There were 4 tiny strips of dried out, inedible chicken on my salad. Major disappointment.

Food was ok I was expecting better. service was not great. Very friendly but I had to ask for a coffee refill I was never asked and they were not the least bit busy so no excuse for bad service. Again the server was more than friendly and it just seemed to me ,lack of training maybe

The onion rings were burnt and stuck together. The fish was burnt too. For what they charge it was very disappointing.
I was starving so I ate the food and it tasted like burnt, woody tasting fish sticks and boxed sticky macaroni shells and cheese. Shame on them for what they charge and dare serve. It's pathetic.

I came to Valley Dairy for the first time today and I was thinking it would be an exciting new thing for me. Well the service wasn’t great, the waitress didn’t seem to even want to be working at the place at the time and was not lively at all. The atmosphere also seemed a bit empty but it was near closing hours, so it was understandable. However, when I got my food and took the first bites out of each thing. I noticed the eggs were fake, the bacon was rubbery, and the hash browns were a bit off. The French toast and the milkshake were the only things that made it actually great. 2.5 stars at max for me.

The server was excellent and the staff was very nice. The food however is terrible. Cheap, rubbery ingredients. Went with a large group and saw many different meals, all looked very cheap and rubbery. The prices are low - moderate. The interior is kept clean, but dated.
Ordered chicken soup first time this location. Bottom of barrel one noodle, one piece of chicken. Stock with corn starch.
