This Wendy's is close to my home. And my daughter took me here after a few in her own service. The atmosphere usually good. However, the lady behind the counter was in some sort of mood and kept yelling at her co-worker. What's that dining room full of people and he did nothing wrong. He was trying to help her.

This was me and my mother's first visit to this place and the last. The person taking the order had difficulty managing that process. The burgers were actually cold and the meat was still red. The nuggets had weird dark brown spots and tasted like old grease. I've eaten at my local Wendy's for decades I have never had such a disgusting meal before at a Wendy's, we put everything back on the tray took it to the front and demanded our money back. We got our money and left and on Monday morning I called corporate. This place needs to learn serious proper food handling and cooking procedures. We ate at the restaurant how do you get cold and undercooked burgers in 2025. We were so scared being out of town and getting sick from what little we ate. Corporate appears to have taken it seriously but who knows these days. I highly doubt I'll learn if anything's been corrected. Come to think about it I don't think anybody even apologized. Buyer beware at this restaurant.

I ordered a number 6 meal. When I got home it was not what I ordered at all. I called n talk to a very nice lady named megan. She said I could come back that night or whenever was good for me and they would correct it. I went back right after talking to her n not only were they very apologetic, corrected my order but they also gave me a free chocolate frosty. People are not perfect. We make mistakes. It's how you correct them that matters. They did awsome.

I don’t write fast food experiences a lot. But on 9-23-2024 at 9:10 pm, you have a male cashier, first window, I have to say I appreciate the kindness he showed and my family. I should’ve asked for his name but forgot. Very generous and enthusiastic. The kindness he showed us doesnt go unnoticed, if you see this comment dude and you ever have work you need done, just hit us up, I’ll make sure to return the favor. Wendy’s- give this man a raise🤌🏻

I recently downloaded the Wendy's App due to having better deals. This is not always true, but at times, they do have better deals on the app. At this time, the $5 meal was only on the app. It came with 4 nugs, small fry, small drink & a few choices of different burgers. I bought 5 different combinations due to feeding my fam of 4. It cost me around $23 & satisfied all of us.

Just watched this manager go table to table yelling at customers instead of appropriately handling a customer complaint. She then went table to table yelling at people for speaking up to her during her tirade. She really should be fired.

I ordered the number 10 crispy chicken value meal large size along with a fountain drink and a junior cheeseburger. Order came in under $20. The restaurant was clean and easy to access in and out
