I went to Lemont Furnace location and the employees were frustrated and after waiting 20 minutes for 2 hoagies they had 2 pieces of meat and 2 pieces of cheese and was overcharged for one of the hoagies. The website says a pizza hoagie is 4.99 and some guy came out of the back and rung me up and argued and said I promise they are 6.99. I’m not sure if he even worked there. He also came out yelling at the other employee. I won’t be back! They need new help.

Well, I think subway has gone downhill quite rapidly. Went to the one in connellsville St and one poor employee trying to do it all by herself. She was frustrated and about in tears. I decided to quietly walk away. I haven't been to subway I probably 3 years. Thought I would try them again. Didn't work out too well

Ordered online. I placed an order for TOASTED subs. They were not toasted! Asked for jalapeños on the side and they put them on a bag…smh.

Did you know Subway does not have Italian dressing?? Otherwise, the service was good. Quick Pleasant. No issues.

Went on Thursday 1/4 at about 745 pm. Was told on entering that they were out of all cheeses. Didn’t think a thing of it. Was treated rudely by the young girl making my sub. At least two loud, “huh?” as she asked for my toppings. She told me that she was closing early as I sat down to eat at 7:53. In hindsight, there’s no way they were out of cheese. I could have dealt with the rude behavior without cheese until being told to leave with over an hour left according to the posted hours. I regret giving her a 15 percent tip. I frequently stop in during week too. She always has a bad attitude. I’m usually in Lemont 2-4 times a week but I’ll probably just go to Sheetz if I want something quick.

Friendly service here and good fresh subs. It's the average subway prices. The location is clean and nice with lots of parking.
Slow,never prepared.and don't have half the ingredients u need on a sandwich u order and have to oder something else badly stocked or prep
