I have always went here but this will be my last time as the two employees would just keep looking at me and not take my order letting me stand there for five minutes this happened on Wednesday 14th @ 5:30 Pm with one car in line and three people behind me uncalled for.

The drive thru employee was rude, she looked miserable like she hated her job, and she completely ignored my mother twice when asking for a condiment, first when my mom paid for the order and she asked, and again when she began handing out the order to my. And then, although my mom asked again and the employee shook her head this time as though she heard my mom and would put it in the last bag for my mom she still failed to put it in the bag AGAIN! So then my mom had to blow the horn a few times until finally getting the employee's attention but she totally disregarded my mom and that's when another employee came over and happily got her the requested condiment that took all but 2 seconds, seriously, 2 seconds! It gets worse, though, that first employee had no gloves on and had her hands all over the fries when placing them in the bag, and that is completely UNACCEPTABLE BK🤬

Extremely dissappointed in this location. Went inside for the 1st time in yeats due to vehicle i was driving. Asked for Zesty sauce as my condiment after removing mayo, tomato and ketchup....which is NEVER AN ISSUR AT ANY LOCATION....but mgr said i had to pay $0.33 for zesty sauce. Where's my discount for the items i removed???? Know better then to utilize this restaurant from here on out. So looking forward to my dry burger let me tell u!

Food is predictable. The fountain drinks always have an odd taste, but this is typical of BK, as I think it's universal in the cup manufacturer they use. The morning service people are very friendly but sometimes can be too friendly in your business.
