I went through the drive through and grabbed the bacon cheese burgers and a original chicken sandwich. Service was fast, food was hot and I was back on the road quickly.

Usually, the service is pretty good at this location. However, this morning, my wife went through the Drive-thru to order breakfast, and ordered the usual burrito meal and a 5 piece french toast sticks. This time, they neglected to give us the hash brown with the meal. I called to complain, and they told me to come back tomorrow and they will give me the hash browns. I doubt they will remember it, becaushe they never took down my name.

9/12/24 I placed an expensive order for pickup. After walking over a mile to get here an hour and a half before closing their manager said he doesn't have an order and will not serve me. I showed him the receipt on my phone where they took my money and he still insisted they don't have an order. NEVER coming back!

Im extremely disappointed with this location. My grandmother has very strict dietary needs. So i do my best to accommodate her needs while she can still eat some of what she enjoys. I asked for unsalted fries. I get told i need to go inside for those. what the hell is the difference and why cant they accommodate this from the drive thru. I went in and waited 10 mins before the guy would even speak to me. Then it took another 10 mins for some unsalted fries that were only half full. Not to mention the Junior whopper i specifically asked for no pickles on and there were pickles on it.
By far this is the BEST Burger King in the Harrisburg area. The food is so fresh and hot you almost have to wait to let it cool down. I've gone here plenty of times and it's very consistent. I would drive across the city and river to go to this one rather than the one on Paxton st.

I am very disappointed with a recent experience. I ordered a vanilla Hand-Spun shake, which typically comes with sweet whipped topping. However, upon receiving my drink, I noticed the whipped topping was missing. When I politely brought this to the manager's attention, she was a lady in her 50s-60s, she informed me that Burger King has not included whipped topping with vanilla Hand-Spun Shakes for years. I explained that I had ordered this drink at this location twice a week for a while and consistently received it with whipped topping. Unfortunately, she became dismissive and argumentative, raising her voice and stating that this is how the drink is served, essentially offering me no choice but to accept it or leave.
