DJ’s Smoke shack prepared the food for my mother-in-law‘s 100th birthday party celebration. There were 51 attending, and everyone raved about the food. The price was half what I was quoted from Dickies’ Barbecue. We were provided a large container to keep all the food hot until we served it.
