DJ’s Smoke shack prepared the food for my mother-in-law‘s 100th birthday party celebration. There were 51 attending, and everyone raved about the food. The price was half what I was quoted from Dickies’ Barbecue. We were provided a large container to keep all the food hot until we served it. There was plenty of food for everyone and leftovers to split among families. We had barbecued chicken, pulled pork, three sauces, rolls, baked beans, and macaroni and cheese which tasted just like homemade. I will definitely use this business for parties again.

First time there, won't be the last. The brisket was excellent and the portion was huge as to was the slaw. Could have made two meals!

Had BBQ pork sandwich, was very juicy. Had a side of coleslaw oddly Had a few chunks of cheese in it, not sure if that was intentional.

Gotta say been trying to eat here a week. Finally got it and I was highly disappointed. The brisket was very dry with no flavor. The Mac and cheese was flavorless and the cheese was separating into clumps. The best thing I had was the baked beans. Not the greatest but fine enough I would eat them again. And let's not get on the portions. 16 dollars. And the baked beans and Mac and cheese were almost as small as the cups you put ketchup in at McDonald's. Won't be going here ever again

I love DJ's ribs, especially with his homemade spicy bbq sauce. Awesome sandwiches and burgers as well, I'm never disappointed with the food or service at DJ's

Friendly staff and helpful in giving samples of menu items you request. I got the pulled pork combo meal with baked beans and French fries.They have several tasty options for the BBQ sauces on the counter so you can add to your own liking.Was quite impressed and would definitely recommend and would visit regularly if I lived in the area.Prices are reasonable as well, in my opinion.
