Coworker ordered a pizza, long black hair melted into cheese, driver was absolutely rude on the phone from the time she walked in the door until she left, not a single employee felt the need to apologize for the error, instead placed blame on her for being upset that there was hair in the food. Ashley has the customer service skills of a gnat.
