Ever walk into an establishment and get the IMMEDIATE impression that some of the employees are having friction with one another? Got that vibe hard when I walked in here. But I'm not letting that stop me from giving them 5 stars, because the food was on point!
Delivered with missing food, called the store and they offered to refund or wait 40 minutes for one order of twists. At this point I'd recommend pickup over delivery; and when we called they seemed extremely disorganized on a rainy Thursday night.
I did my order online and had everything submitted that I would be paying on there. I was greeted very nicely the moment I opened the door, not just when I stepped in. The pickup was very quick with a nice welcoming environment. This was at 1pm on a Saturday afternoon where I was shocked that there wasn't really anyone.
