I ordered on mobile and when I came to pick it up they told me in the drive thru I had to come inside to get it. Why would I order it on mobile if I wanted to get out of my car to get my food? So I go inside and it’s already ready sitting on the counter. Why couldn’t they hand me my food out of the drive thru window? Ridiculous.

The place is dirty and managedment is rude don’t eat here my husband got sick and there stuff is no good put in a complaint at there owners and I am calling the health department on Monday there windows looked like they haven’t been clean in awhile as outside looks dirty trash every were and run down

The reason for 1 star is not the food taste or quality, it's definitely the quantity. We ordered the meal for 2 combo for 27 dollars rounded. The size of the mashed potatoes was child like. It was literally four bites and it was over. You'd definitely expect a little more the price that you pay there. I grocery shop and cook ,and know the prices of chicken and instant potatoes. We got 3 dollars worth of food cooked for us for 27 dollars. I seriously hope they're paying their employees at least 20 an hour to make up for the lack of food they give their customers. Definitely do better kfc. Growing up in poverty,or close to it, didn't afford my caretakers the ability to take us out to eat all of the time. So on the rare occasion we did get to go out to eat KFC was the go to place, because of the quality quantity and price. I can spend 14 dollars at McDonald's and leave full but spent 27 at KFC and left hungry. Things definitely aren't the way they used to be. Since when did chicken mashed potatoes and biscuits become a delicacy in America. When on your actual buckets it says raised at us farms, USDA inspected and prepared by cooks. So explain the price.

Not the cleanest restaurant and they had no drive-thru, which was strange. I ordered a 16 piece meal in extra-crispy, but they didn't have enough cooked. I had to settle for original. Still, the food tasted good and was fresh - hard to do when there's only two or three people working. I would take food out again.

Ordered an 8-piece chicken-only bucket at drive thru. All we got was 8 pieces of tiny thighs, drumsticks, wings. Why no breasts/white meat? $28.60 for a bucket only filled with tiny bits.

Came in and got some take out, the cashier John was great, took my order then this guy went and picked out my order aswell, all while 2 other employees just stood around, and the manager sootd on her cell phone. Kinda crappy this this was a one man show but awsome job John on hustling to get my food fast!!
Carmen and Erica are the two kindest most professional servers and made my order with care and love. You can just tell they love their jobs. ❤️

Unprofessional service, along with the website not refunding for items we did not get. A manager who pretended to sweep when her employee mentioned we wanted to get a refund, this location was terrible.
