Terrible, place to be selling chicken...chicken wasn't done it was red inside..top it off had to wait 15min. For it this is the second time I had a bad experience....I asked for 8 wings got a bucket of everything else...$39.00 down the tube...never again.

went to get dinner there around 845-9 they don’t close till 10 all doors where locked and they refused to answer the speakers prob busy doing something they shouldn’t be doing rather than serving costumers, they make up bullshit lies about being out of stuff when in reality they just want you to leave and it’s not the first time either . weird staff they have

Yesterday when I was at KFC I got a 7 items for 7$ but when I went to the one in lemoyone they charged me $10 for it while this is not ok because this a deal thats going around everywhere right now and they scammed me and charged me $10 for it thats just robbery so please what ever you do do not buy from this KFC

This KFC is a disgrace to fried chicken and customer service. Walking into this place felt like stepping into a forgotten wasteland where food quality, cleanliness, and basic human decency go to die.
I waited 30 minutes for a bucket of chicken — not during a rush, but while the employees stood around, arguing with each other and ignoring the growing line. When my food finally came, it was cold, greasy, and looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp since the last Ice Age. The “crispy” chicken was soggy, the mashed potatoes tasted like watered-down sadness, and the biscuit could double as a paperweight.
The place was filthy. Trash on the floor, sticky tables, overflowing garbage bins, and a bathroom that smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I’ve seen gas station bathrooms with higher standards.
The staff seemed completely unbothered by the chaos. No greeting, no apology for the wait — just blank stares and a level of apathy that was genuinely impressive in its own right. It was like they were being held hostage and I walked in on their group breakdown.
If this is Colonel Sanders’ legacy, then someone needs to exhume him so he can slap whoever’s managing this location.
Do yourself a favor — go literally anywhere else for chicken. Hell, buy a frozen dinner and microwave it. You’ll have a better meal and save yourself the misery.

Went at 8 pm (they're supposed to close at 10) trying to order a 14-piece meal with KFC coupons I got in the mail. We were told that they didn't honor coupons and that they didn't have enough chicken anyway, so we left. The previous time I went here I ordered one of the box meals and was charged $15, when I'm pretty sure the price was posted as $10-$11. Extremely overpriced and the staff clearly doesn't seem like they care about anything at all.
