My fiancé and I come through this McDonald’s fairly frequently and after tonight, we will never be back. We were eating our fries when all of a sudden my fiancé bit into something hard and spit it out. It was a fingernail! Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

Ordered Filet Fish sandwich at Kiosk. I customized my fish sandwich without american cheese, regular lettuce, tartar sauce and added pickles. Staff that called my # for pick up was polite too. I got what I ordered & it was very tasty. I'll be back.
Dietary restrictions: They don't offer Almond or Oatmilk for customers that are lactose intolerant. So I never order any of there coffee drinks.

There was a man with his 2-3 year old daughter ahead of me in line today screaming at the employees. It turned out that he had his order set wrong and it was all his fault. NO Employees of ANY store deserve to be treated like that. The employee maintained his composure and when the manager brought the customer’s error to his attention he stormed out like a child. Way to set a good example for your little girl that was with you, dude. Class act.
