I’ve ordered from this location a few times. It’s been a few years, until last night. Nothing changed. Pizza ordered at 5:15, tracker showed it was made promptly, and ready for delivery. It arrived 2 hours later. Just as cold as one would expect given that wait. No call from them about a delayed delivery. They assigned delivery to a third party service (DD). Way too much money for poor service and cold food. Never ever again. Would never recommend Papa John’s.

I called tonight at 6:00 pm i ordered 2 pizzas they told me 45 min wait almost 2 hours later i didn't hear my doorbell ring no knock on the door i was sitting by my front door the whole time i call the store to find out my pizza is sitting on the front porch for an hour in 23 degree weather they told me the driver called and sent a picture i received no phone call no text message i called the store to ask for 2 hot pizzas they told me no i then asked for a refund and they told me they couldn't do that cause there's nothing wrong with the pizza Like HUH it's ice cold pizza won't be ordering from this location again do yourself a favor steer clear from this place it felt like i was robbed!

If you ever go into this establishment be prepared for a girl with a pony tail to be rude to you. She is obnoxious and the other workers looked so annoyed by her I will not be returning to this papa johns at all, waiting for my pizza for 15 minutes was hell.

The short lady with the glasses was very rude and unprofessional. I believe she was a manager she was yelling at the poor workers when I came in, she needs to learn how to respect others and know the time and place, she shouldn't be yelling infront of customers. P.s the food was alright.

I have to be honest yall just lost a customer. Went to pick pizza up observed employees making pizza without hairnets or gloves. Went from touching money right back to making pizza. Employee went from outside back to making pizza.No hand washing or anything I’m beyond flabbergasted. What happened to this place?

They pulled the “you ordered too late to get pizza” crap. I ordered almost an hour before closing, and DoorDash delivers and so I cannot understand why they still chose to not complete the order. They could have told me so I could go somewhere else.
Now the dasher lists it as given to me despite not being true and the pizza place can pretend they did no wrong.
I like the pizza, but I am disgusted by the dishonesty and no customer service.

Ordered ahead for delivery Halloween night. The pizza never showed up at 5:30 . I dove up to the store at 6. There was too many people to even bother going in. Thankfully little Ceasars saved the day 🙌. Multiple calls were made. No calls were answered. finally received a call from door dash at 8:45 after I called the store again. Waiting on the refund. But come on, be better prepared when you know it's inevitably gonna be busy. Do better!
