I have to be honest yall just lost a customer. Went to pick pizza up observed employees making pizza without hairnets or gloves. Went from touching money right back to making pizza. Employee went from outside back to making pizza.No hand washing or anything I’m beyond flabbergasted. What happened to this place?

They pulled the “you ordered too late to get pizza” crap. I ordered almost an hour before closing, and DoorDash delivers and so I cannot understand why they still chose to not complete the order. They could have told me so I could go somewhere else.
Now the dasher lists it as given to me despite not being true and the pizza place can pretend they did no wrong.
I like the pizza, but I am disgusted by the dishonesty and no customer service.

Ordered ahead for delivery Halloween night. The pizza never showed up at 5:30 . I dove up to the store at 6. There was too many people to even bother going in. Thankfully little Ceasars saved the day 🙌. Multiple calls were made. No calls were answered. finally received a call from door dash at 8:45 after I called the store again. Waiting on the refund. But come on, be better prepared when you know it's inevitably gonna be busy. Do better!

I ordered my pizza ahead at 9am for 5pm on Halloween. When I arrived my pizza was no where near being completed and orders made after mine were done. Skip the franchise and do a mom and pop pizzaria next time.

I'll never go to this Pappa John's ever I never experienced being treated disrespectful. The one guy there says right in front of all the customers that we don't want to cook our own dinner I took offended.

So I went in to order a 2 topping pizza. It should be about $20. As I walk in, there’s a sign that reads “large 3 topping -$10”.
So I ask for that but I only want Romeo toppings. He says can’t do it. You must take 3 toppings!!!!! Just bad management!!!

Ordered a large pizza, came out to like 26$ so I added a tip covering it to 35$ (to make sure the driver was taken care of). Food never showed up. After an hour and a half, I called back and as of writing this review I've been on hold for a total of about an hour now. Only way I could get ahold of someone was calling to "place an order again" and the lady kept putting me thru to the store, so I could spend upwards of an hour on hold. So they will not answer their phone, no way to get it refunded or re-delivered. Nice! 👍

This store is super dirty. Bugs everywhere it smells bad the employees aren’t wearing gloves but touching their phones. I honestly threw the pizza out when I Got home. I’d avoid this spot. The staff was nice which is why they got 2 stars but management needs to their jobs better.
