Saw the food truck at Walmart today and when I tell yall the smell alone had me hooked, you best know it did. Let me just say, these folks KNOW bbq! I got an order of the BBQ pork nachos and they were heavenly, I don't clean plates usually but I left mine spotless. These folks do not skimp on portions either! I had a platter that weighed about 1/2 a lb and most of it was meat! Give these folks a try, yout stomach will thank you for it.

stopped on a whim Wednesday night while your truck was in Mechanicsburg square! and I'd have to say this is some of the best brisket I've had in ages and I've been in the Industry for over 10 years! you got a good thing here, keep going! can't wait to run in to your truck again!

I contacted Rubbin' Meats BBQ to inquire about catering my son's 1st birthday party. I was overwhelmed with all the party planning and decided last minute I didn't want to do the food myself. I contacted Kevin with short notice, and he was so kind and understanding!
