The worker (Sylvia) who helped my friends and I was beyond amazing. While we were rather obnoxious around 10:30 pm in the drive through, Sylvia remained patient and even shared a laugh with us. We ordered two crunch wraps, two chicken quesadillas, and four baja blasts. All of the food was amazing, possibly the best that I have had from taco bell in a very long time. All and all our experience was 10/10, I would give 6 stars if I could. Thank you Sylvia for making our night.

Awful at doordash. Took longer to get to the store to give them time to make it, so gave them 10 minutes, then waited 10 minutes, then it still wasn't done. I don't know what would take 20 minutes to make, but that was ridiculous. And wasn't the first time either

I. Placed an order for delivery $35 worth. I did the meal for 2 and the quesadilla meal. The only thing good in the meal. Was the Nacho cheese chips and the dragon? Fruit freeze is excellent. But when I got my food nothing was marked. I asked for extra meat in all my tacos. And the quesadilla, I paid for it and almost everything was beef. There was hardly any chicken in the case idea. The city was all smashed and in order to try to open the tacos to put any of the sauce and you couldn't do it all the tacos. I paid for extra meat and there was hardly even any in it. From now on I will not do and take out order for delivery. I will personally go and do it myself so that I can check everything. They should have separated. The 2 different meals instead of squishing them on top of each other.
This was the most cleanest fast food place I've ever been to !! the food was amazing. The employees were friendly, and the landscaping outside was so beautiful!

I have literally NEVER had a good experience here. Every time i come through the drive through, i have to wait FOREVER because the kids at night just stand around and talk. I walked in this morning at 8:20 to pick up a DoorDash. There were 3 women walking back and forth for 10 minutes, and they completely ignored me. They didn’t come over until another DoorDash came in and STARTED WHISTLING to get their attention. I mean are they slow? Ridiculous. They then told me my order wasn’t even started yet (at this point, it was already 1 minute late). What were they doing that entire time? Work in fast food but don’t want to talk to or even ACKNOWLEDGE customers that come in? It’s SO rude. They looked at me several times. I will purposely go out of my way from now on to avoid this place. You need to fire the entire team and start from scratch.
