Our experience each and every time we go to Grateful Goat is fantastic. It meets or exceeds expectations every single time. This time, unfortunately, was Mother's Day, and unfortunately, the staff was simply overrun with patrons..........some simply unreasonable, and in some cases simply mean. The food was oddly only good, it's usually spectacular. But what made our visit memorable was our waitress this day, and the hostess, who was simply unbelievable in how she handled the onslaught of people. In any case.........Well done Grateful Goat, we'll be back.

I really like the food here. The beer and drink selection is awesome. And somebody put a lot of thought into the design and decor. That said, the service is a bit scattered but always friendly. The cleanliness is also a bit questionable. I was served a can of n/a Sam Adams with an absolutely filthy glass. My wife's fork was so gross and greasy. But everything seemed relatively clean otherwise. Also, there's often some issue out of left field. My son's stuffed French toast seemed very undercooked. He also got a craft brewed root beer for $4.50 in a small glass packed with ice. No refills. We were sandwiched in a narrow space with another table, which made it hard to get in and out. All-in-all great food, great location and great service. I guess I think there may just be a lack of an eye for detail.

Ate at the bar during March Madness. So it was busy however both bartenders were attentive and helpful since we were never there before this visit. Food came out quickly and appetizers were a good value.

We were sat in the worst seats in an empty dining room. Tablecloths were heavy paper used at crab restaurants The waitress never introduced herself and opened with "what do you want to drink" The special "infused" martini with bleu cheese stuffed olives was olive juice with plain olives

Went there for the Sunday Brunch. It was really good, but not spectacular. Two of us had slightly overcooked eggs. Everything else was cooked well and tasted great. I think everyone that tried the homemade tots enjoyed them. Service was fantastic. We look forward to a return visit.

Good food but poor service. Never cleared menus or starter/salad plates from table so the table was very dirty and full. 2 of my groups entrees were denied components that were described on the menu and can be seen in pictures. When we confronted the waitress and showed on the menu, she just said no and that she could bring a side for a charge. Will likely not be coming back.

Food tasted good. Unfortunately it was all cold until it got to the table. Server was pretty bad. She stood at the end of the table and expected everyone to “hand” the drinks & food down the table rather than walk around the table and put the food and drinks at each person's place setting. One person asked for lemon for their water and she brought a chunk of lemon on a toothpick & handed it to the customer. I guess she didn't have a cup or plate to put it on? After she brought the food we didn't see her again until she brought the check. Never checked back to see if anyone wanted another drink or if there wa anything else we needed. Had to stop another server to ask for condiments.

This is not a restaurant I would return to. The food was actually quite good and the service was adequate. The big drawback was the fact that the place was freezing. I was with my husband (who is never cold) and a friend and they both agreed it was unacceptably cold. The beer was very good.

I had eaten at Grateful Goat before and thought it was good. This experience was not. The crabcake I had was good, but came out cold. The tater tots were too salty to eat. The pizza was just OK.

We really enjoyed the food and brews that we tried. Great restaurant for families/groups because there is something for everyone. We all loved the giant pretzel- it is huge and fun to share!

Salad and filet were very good. Cilantro lemon cauliflower came cold, was reheated and got cold again very quickly. Loaded baked potato was passed thru the microwave/salamander to melt the cheese. Not my preference in presentation.

We had great service, and the food was good. The only thing that I need to comment on is that I ordered the Vegan Buddha Bowl with shrimp. The menu did not specify that it was a very spicy dish in the description which ruined my meal. I am very sensitive to spicy foods. I ate it without complaint, but I would have chosen a different dish had I known it was that spicy.

We thought this would be great, but was disappointing. The ahi appetizer was five tiny slices of fish for $14. Sushi restaurants charge less for better! The rest of the food was average and overpriced. Servers were nice, but more interested in TV. It was hard to get their attention. We were overcharged for both of our salads, but it took so long to get the server's attention, we just paid out so we could leave. Two bright spots: lemon salad dressing is very good and if you are only going to watch sports, plenty of TVs.

We sat out on the patio for our reservation. We were the only party out there as it was on the warmer side but the awning gave enough coverage and the weather turned out nice to enjoy the space. We could not hear any noise from the street where we were sitting. We enjoyed the chicken & waffles, stuffed french toast, surf & turf benedict, and avocado toast from the brunch menu. Everyone had good things to say about their meal. Service was great even with us sitting quite separate from the other customers. Would recommend coming here!!

Food and service was pretty good, little expensive. $75 (before tip) for meal for two w/ one appetizer and two non-alcoholic drinks. AC needs fixed. We were sweating in the dining room.
