I felt compelled to write a review after my experience today. I was having a really bad day and joined family at this restaurant for a late breakfast today. I assume it was the owner, I'm not positive, but he kept checking on our table as well as the waitress. He was chatting with us and my toddler. He was so extremely kind and said some really kind words to me. It was something I needed today and I just wanted to share my experience and that I was impressed with their kindness. It's a nice quiet environment to enjoy breakfast and then there's a delicious bakery attached to get a yummy treat to go after your breakfast!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here. Delicious garden omelette (toast was underdone, my only complaint), plentiful fresh coffee. Had a nice chat with the owner. Beautiful setting. Spot on service. Will return!
Parking: Don't park in the front, that's the pastry shop. Eli's Place parking is on the west side of the building.

I want there for breakfast, and I was not impressed. The portions were not bad, but the food quality disappointed me. I enjoyed the savory portion of my meal, although the home fries were a little undercooked. The sweet portion of my meal, however, was very disappointing. The pancakes were very dense, and had an odd taste. The French toast tasted alright, but it was a very small portion for the price.Additionally, the menus are outdated and the prices do not accurately reflect the what you will be charged. While they do have a sign out that says they needed to make some budgetary increases, it does not say anything about the menu prices not being accurate. From the wording on the sign, I expected the increase in prices had already been accounted for in the menu, but this was not the case. The restaurant itself is not in the best condition and can be best described as an outdated and very Christian oriented diner. The service was pretty slow as well, so if you are looking for a place to chit chat, you’ll have plenty of time. This is a good place for older folk to go after church, but otherwise I would not suggest it.

The quiche here is amazing! It is exactly the way a key should be, light fluffy and full of flavor. The service is wonderful and the atmosphere makes the whole experience cozy.

I’m a trucker and was waiting for a dock to open to get my PU. I spotted this place up front and decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did. Good food. The lady who took care of me was so sweet. You got to try her homemade tea. There is also a bakery connected to the restaurant.
The restaurant feels like I'm eating at grandma's house. It was such a calming environment. The people were the friendliest I've ever met. The food was outstanding with great portions. It felt like home.

If I could give 100 stars I would! The staff is so very kind. Our first visit made us fall in love with them. Sam and Kim sat with us for a bit and prayed over us. It was beautiful! The food was amazing! Our second visit we were greeted by name. Again the food was delicious! We felt like we were visiting in our family's home. I highly recommend this place!
Vegetarian options: The Greek quich was fabulous
Kid-friendliness: Lots of families with children. I saw drinks with lids. Lots of kid friendly food. Also the music was instumental Christian music.
