We had a wonderful experience at Reflections. We had to plan a wake on short notice, and Maddie and her team made it stress-free, and really helped us plan a nice event during a tough time. The restaurant was beautiful, the food and staff was exceptional, and everyone in our group left satisfied. I'd strongly recommend Reflections for a night out, or family event. They were outstanding. Thanks again to Maddie for all of your attention and care.

The food is Fantastic, the service was TERRIBLE! From the bison, to salmon, onion soup, and chicken parmigiana, every bite was very delicious. However, the food experience is truly overpowered when the service is bad.
We noticed when we sat down the table was dirty and not cleaned properly. Scums on top and under the glass table? Also interesting that when you moved you feet under the table, the entire table moved as the floor moved?
Our server came and introduced herself, 10 minutes later came back, “are you ready to order food and drinks.” The soup came with the salads, and then when she brought the entrees, each pers had to hold their salad plates and soup bowls while she put the entrees in front of you. Then went around and collected the dirty plates from each person holding them. This is only a party of 4? After 30 minutes of delivering the entrees the server returned with the check. When we looked at each other asking about coffee or dessert, the only comment from the server was, I already have the bill there. We paid and left. I guess getting another group to the table is more important than good service!
Will NOT be returning. Good food is available at many other locations in Lancaster County.

Stacey and company killed it. She suggested the onion rings and with good cause. That lady knows her rings because those bad boys had to have picture taken. The club was awesome and the pickle… I usually give my pickle away. These days it just stays on the plate. And I love pickles. Isn’t that weird. I can eat a whole jar of pickles before I get home from the store, but I get to a diner. I’m out to eat. I give my pickle away. It’s been so long since I haven’t. I just can’t. It’s not pickle. I’ll just leave it there until she comes back to get it. … ohhh god the food! Yes yes sorry got distracted. Many things going on these days. But stop here. You won’t be upset. It’s fantastic and wonderful. Just make sure you fold the blanket or have coffee ready in the morning or something… or you might have to leave your pickle on the plate too

Was a nice place decent food. Had plans to go with wife and daughter for my birthday. Called to make a reservation and was told wasn’t necessary. They would have plenty of space for us (630 pm Saturday night was requested time). When we arrived told nothing all night. No seats. Thanks for a ruined birthday. Will not be back

We were at a party event here and the staff were positive, receptive, ever-present, organized and even celebrated with us! The food was delicious. They are starting to create vegetarian options and will accommodate with a smile. Beautiful, old restored house with lovely glassed rooms. Central, easy access with plenty of parking.
