I've only ever gone here twice and both times I got upset stomach/food poisoning. Not sure why this only happens at Arby's but it made me not want to go back again

The workers actually gagged at the melted disgusting fluid that was supposed to be a shake. What do they do put whip cream on it and attempt to give it to me. I’d give zero stars if i could.

I ordered mozzarella sticks with a strawberry lemonade and let me tell you that the mozzarella sticks was super fresh the lemonade tasted so good ,I ordered my food By the time I even got to the window is was done it and fresh

I tried the beef tips today. Absolutely horrible. It was like 5 little pieces of beef jerky. Small and very dry. I also bought 2 roast beef sandwiches that were good.

Hello, actually I didn't try the food but I did share my dietary restrictions and they got the manager over and I told her my restrictions and what I can eat and what I can't eat and she started educating all her employees about it. They even showed me a nutrition facts sheet of everything on their menu. Then the manager and I talked about what specifically causes all my health issues I told her extreme trauma and Geneticly modified organisms of the food wheat, and corn and its been going on for over two decades. She then said to me that her daughter has some restrictions as well that are similar to mine and she then said yeah I agree with you that all really makes sense. Then when an elderly couple came in I left and drove away.
I got a hair in my sandwich once. Orders placed online they don't give you sauce packets half the time. I emailed the company and no response. Thanks for the great customer service NOT!!!

Sorry, but behind the counter ,wh en i first walked in, wasn't very clean, turned me off fast . I h aven't visited Arby's in years , really like m ed their roostebeef and gravy with mashed potatoes and dessert MAYBE......😁 I didn't pay attention to the dining area, just under Th he counter very disheveled. Floo r was wet with no mats for slipping Also the3 roostbeef sliders where cold cheese wasbt melted, beef wasnt cooked ,still red no juice. .
