Horrible Drive thru service. The order taker asks for your order many times seems like their playing games then gets your order wrong. This location has had problems from day one.I won't go there anymore. Philadelphia Mills Arby's has always been good so I go there now. It doesn't make sense to talk to anyone about it the service has always been horrible I'll just go to Philadelphia Mills Arby's they have always been good.

I've been going to Arby's for years. I've never seen anything like this. The roast beef has always been sliced paper thin which sets it aside from anyone's! My wife and I picked up dinner the other night. The roast beef was sliced at least an eighth of an inch thick. It did not look like roast beef. Sorry, I don't like leaving a review like this but somethings wrong.

My my experience is are if you go to an Arby's after 8:00 at night they will always tell you that their milkshake machine is not working I have called for Arby's stores within 10 mi of me none of them have a working milkshake machine ever I can go there at 5:00 in the afternoon and that machine will work anytime after 8:00 p.m. and it's guaranteed that machine that does not

Cheese steak was gross,wet bread, everything was slimy, market fresh turkey sandwich was just bad, only the basic roast beef sandwich was good, 27.00 for really bad fast food, done with Arby's, use to be so good

Cold and messed up my order completely. when I talked to the intercom no one answered and had to place my order thru the Pic up window and their were chilling inside... I order a chicken sandwich and beef and Cheddar and I didn't get the chicken sandwich. Instead two beef and Cheddar without Cheddar... Never coming back.

I'd give this zero stars if I could the food was revolting. The meat was discolored and freezing cold, there was little to no cheese, and the sauce dampened the entire bun.

I had to go back a total of three times they were messing up on my sandwich not putting the Swiss cheese on it kept putting cheddar on my sandwich. The young lady in the Drive-Thru was nice she started getting annoyed by her co-workers eventually I had to go in and complain on the 3rd sandwich they put one piece of bacon and tore it in half and put it on the sandwich whoever the young man was in charge he did not care not one iota and just had this dead pain expression on his face when I told him about the 3rd and last problem he just heated up some bacon and put it in a box they act like they're going out of business soon and just do not care
