I ordered a sweet almond pretzel with no butter and the staff was very rude. They asked was I filming them and I said no. I then asked is there a problem what is the issue. The female employee said no. While you are staring at me how about you go do your job. So we stared at each other. I should have gotten my money back and left.Then they didn't tell me I had to wait 7-8 minutes for my pretzel which was fine but then a staff member tried to tell me to sit down and wait. I didn't want to sit down nor was I blocking anyone from ordering I was away from the counter. They kept looking at me and whispering and looking at me again. I don't know what the issue is here but treating customers like this is not okay and I want to be contacted. I spent 7.31 on one pretzel. Anyone that spends their money on any item should be treated kindly. I still don't know what their issue was with me. It was a weird interaction and I didn't like it. I wasn't rude to them and I would like answers. I don't recommend this location. It was 3 employees including 1 older female and 1 male and 1 female. If you don't like your job or serving people then quit. But you don't control your customers. I am Vegan so I ordered the pretzel with no butter. I also asked them to look on the bag at the pretzel dough mix to see if it was vegan and it was but on the website it says milk which is confusingm
I was given 2 vouchers for £1 off and got ripped off as the prices say it's £3.30 for a flat white coffee And £3.30 for a cuppachino but I got charged £5.60 when it should have been £4.60 for both with the prices displayed digitally in the restaurant which is against the trade description act as it states. If the price is advertised as what is charged different they have to charge you the lower price that's advertised not the price they say even if it's charged prices since this happened in the County mall Crawley restaurant
I am referring to the St George Shopping Center. We bought a cheese with jalapeño hotdog and upon opening it in (in a couple of minutes) we saw the food was burned and having its hard edge to bite… we immediately showed it and explained politely but a rude staff might be the owner or the manager was justifying and saying it was normal and not burned! I was trying to let him understand that this isn’t the way they cooked as i have been their customer for years and reading branch amazingly cooked it… he was arguing and insisting instead of taking it back immediately and exchanged. Until i told him i am not in the mood for any arguments and eventually he offered to exchange which i agreed even though it would take another 10-15mins. However, in spite of me showing patience with his actions still he kept on arguing that it was good and not burned and it may get hard as it was affected by the air… seriously are you implying that i am stupid and doesn’t know how to cook?! And ignorant with such stuff! Again i ask him to just stop and then he decided just to offer a refund saying that maybe the next one i will not like it and it might be burn again… whew!!! He really is indeed needs some customer service training!!!! FULL TERM! So disappointed but salute to the friendly staff of Reading branch… i hope the true owner of AUNTIE ANNES will take this matter into consideration and see how they treat their customers!!!
Just my opinion, maybe hire an adult to supervise. First time going there, walked up and ordered a pretzel dog, was informed I would have a long wait, which I would be ok with and was then met with blank stares. (would have been fresh). After a couple of minutes of silence I opted for already made pepperoni bites. There was absolutely nothing spoke between any customers or staff, because the staff was too busy with their silliness and drama filled conversations. It's sad, this place has so much potential, and kids are going to run it in the ground. I am currently sitting eating, and watching people stand in line not being served due to the kitchen talk. I have counted 5 people walk away due to not being served. How sad.
How disappointing that your staff at Sangters International Airport- Montego Bay Departure lounge have taken the liberty to add a 3$ tip to every transaction. Also stating they only use Debit or Credit as a form of payment. Encourage thier customers NOT to review the charges and just to TAP. Thus, the staff are pocketing hundreds of dollars in Tips daily.
There are many places that don't accept gift cards. It happened again today—they wouldn’t take my gift card and forced me to pay with a credit card.

Apparently we close whenever we feel like, even if the mall clearly doesn't close until 6 and it's 5:45. Even better when the employees are hateful and unhelpful. Guess I'll be buying snacks elsewhere from here on out.
They're on, but they sometimes use way too much butter on the pretzels to where it's dripping off the pretzels

I came in two hours before they closed and was told they’d stopped making food and since they were out of everything they weren’t making any more. Meanwhile three staff me members were sitting down, on their phones, and talking to each other.
the employees were nice .I got an original unsalted pretzels . It sucks , it's bitter , feels old cuz spongy & super chewy ( the old food chewy). lemonade was great but $3.17 , definitely not worth it. they're both the same price.
