Worst service ever. Got order, it was wrong. Told them, got correct food.... ice cold. Didn't even bother to hear it up. Croissant was cold and hard. Then gave us a hard time to get our money back.

Whenever the older manager is on duty, there is a problem. I ordered a sundae and he filled it half way. I order a frozen coke in the drive thru and it is filled up to the top of the cup but the bubble lid is empty. This not a good idea with 7-Eleven across the street. If ordered at the counter, he makes customer install the lids. It seems he feels he is saving the store money. He never smiles. ALL the other employees seem to understand Customer Service Service. The food is good. The manager is a downer.

Just waited in the drive through for over an hour for a CUSTOMER that left the line to tell us they are not taking orders on the drive through. Had no option but to wait because the person in front of refused to move so I could go inside. Worst service imaginable. Why is it that a customer had to notify me and not a worker when I mentioned something to the staff they could've cared less.
