So I went here for the SpongeBob Meal, and of course like the three other Burger King’s I visited, the SpongeBob meal was missing the signature pie. Disappointed, I asked for a substitute which was a Hersheys chocolate pie and I was expecting it to be included in the cost of the meal. Turns out I was charged even more extra for that pie, which makes ZERO sense. It’s not about the cost, it’s the principle of it and the complete lack of logic. Safe to say I will be avoiding this Burger King from this point on.

I just went through the drive thru, I ordered mozzarella fries and the churros. I got them home and they were old..so I brought them back. I went Inside and asked politely, I work in customer service and I know it's a stressful job if I could get fresh ones made. The person, im assuming the manager didn't say, oh im sorry, I'll get that for you, nothing, just a look of um ok and told her staff to make fresh ones. The staff in the back said we have these, she said no make fresh ones.
You shouldn't have to ask for fresh food to be made or go back with old food. It should be quality to start with. Shame on the employees who gave me stale food..
My husband and I stopped here the other night for dinner. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal and quickly realized it has swiss cheese on it. Ugh! Swiss cheese?? The woman was was taking our order was very patient and super friendly polite when I requested to have american cheese instead of the swiss. Although i felt funny even asking she insisted it was no problem and for me to not feel silly for asking. I appreciated her response and complimented her to my husband. I expected her to be annoyed and unkind but she was the exact opposite! i work in retail and I can understand when people are asking too much but she NEVER made me feel that way! I just want to say Thank you Susan for being so cool! I wish there were more people like you in this hectic and crazy world!

First off the hours are completely wrong. They are not open 24 hours a day. Stopped to get coffee at 730am on a Thursday, doors were locked. Employee finally opened door for other employee at 734am. Went to enter to get my coffee and was told not allowed in , they are cleaning. No cleaning was being done at all. Words were exchanged between employee and myself. Then I was told I'm not allowed there anymore. If I could give zero stars I would. Totally disrespected and by a manager. Worst burger king location in Pennsylvania and the employees there talk about customers in a foreign language disrespecting them. Once again ZERO stars !!! Manager told me if I don't like it go to dunkin donuts if I wanted my coffee!!! What a joke !!!
