Take out was purchased last week on 7/17. The Quesadillas were horrible. The chicken looked as though it had been overcooked for hours. It was black and hard as a rock, basically inedible. Go elsewhere if you want decent food.

Delicious BBQ chicken ranch bowl & steak classic tacos. My mom and I stopped in for lunch today after a visit to Sola Salon in the same plaza. The did was hot and tasty. We had enough left over that we brought it home.

I ordered via the website and my order was delivered without the burrito. I called the store and the woman who answered (Scarlett) said that she couldn't send another out, I would have to come pick it up. I told her that wasn't possible and said I would like a refund. She said that she could only process refunds in person. I told her that wasn't possible and she said that her manager told her this. I asked to speak to her manager and she told me to call him myself. She gave me his phone number and told me his name was Bobby. I called and Bobby didn't answer. I tried calling the restaurant back and they also refused to answer the phone. I am very frustrated with this entire interaction.

Tuesday March 5 I ordered a mango blacked chicken salad for dinner on door dash when my order got to my the lettuce was wilted and old the tortilla chips in the salad were stale there was no bacon which was extra and they had left out the dressing. I called store to tell them about the issues and was told well what do you want me to do about it about three times and I said well what can be done because me order was made wrong I was told well there is only three of us doing tickets so if it's wrong oh well. I said that's not acceptable it's not my problem as a guest that you are short staffed. I told them about the chips she said it's stale because of the lettuce being on top of the chips even though the lettuce was under the chips and lettuce wouldn't make chips stale. I asked to speak to a manager she then started laughing and with other associates and saying these guests are being crazy tonight. Was told manager would be in at 11 the next day called at 12 for two days straight including today which is Saturday and was told no manager is there till Monday the other days I couldn't even get someone to answer the phone. This is not how you talk or treat guests. Mistakes can be made but why is it my fault that my food was made wrong and being told oh well we are short staffed so it's ok to mess up or forget stuff is never an option this meal deal cost me close to 20 dollars for me not to be able to eat it. And no remorse from the store at all
This was an awful experience. Trisha wasn’t the least bit friendly. I didn’t a greeting, a thank you, a goodbye, a happy birthday or anything. In addition, she didn’t give the right dressing. Not to mention, she saw me walk to the bathroom without a key and didn’t bother saying anything to me. Poor customer service skills at its best.

I was in there for dinner last night with my boyfriend. The women at the cashier was extremely rude and when she took my order she just said “what do you want?” We proceeded to order our food and a tall guy presumably the owner you can hear yelling and screaming at his employees in front of the store. I heard them yelling at a women and making her cry and run to the back. After I ordered the food, the women did not say anything and just walked away. We got our food after waiting half an hour.. I was trying to give the place the benefit of the doubt.. however, the food was a nightmare. The guacamole was brown. There was a hair in my burrito and the burrito wouldn’t even stay together. The chicken did not seem like it was cooked all the way. I would have went up and said something but the owner was too busy yelling at their staff. I did happen to see there was some sort of a cockroach trap or bug trap. The tables were not cleaned. The floor was dirty. The bathrooms made gas station bathrooms look clean. Needless to say, California Tortilla was truly a horror movie that never ended.. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially this location!

Run far away from this place I just had the 3 tacos chicken tasted like it was old and burnt it was prolly made 8 months ago, my girl got diarrhea my stomach upset.

They had nothing that I asked for . Kids meal was so cold and I told them very little chicken in the Kids meal of the quesadilla. THERE WAS HARDLY ANY CHEESE IN IT. NO KIDS CUP. THE HARD TACOS SHELLS WAS STALE. MY CALIFORNIA BOWL HAD MORE PEPPERS THEN ANYTHING ELSE. Only thing I enjoyed was the chips and guacamole. I used to like this place and went down a lot.
