We always got ice cream cakes from here. They are absolutely amazing but the owner is getting older and his writing is not as good as it used to be. I still love this place though, but sadly it is closing permanently. Today’s his last day and he’s not taking any more orders.

Best and freshest ice cream cakes in town. The owner isn't very engaging, but I think it's possible he has some major medical issues and that could contribute to his personality or lack thereof. I took off one star because he could try a little bit more when people are trying to engage with pleasantries. However, with all that said... the product is always fantastic and I'll be back.

I have asked the owner of Carnival why his ice cream cakes are so good? The answer, high milk fat content! This place gets right to the point and provides you with the most delicious ice cream cake EVER! On time and decorated to your liking. I add my own flair at home! Check them out for your next Birthday party.

Ice cream is delicious however the guy working was extremely rude and short. Every question was answered with a one word answer and he was very dismissive. Yes, they have good cakes but they are overpriced and the customer service is horrible

Definitely lacking customer service skills. Ordered cake for sons birthday was not asked flavors,colors. Team member seemed rushed, picked up cake same team member helped me. Still had bad customer service, didn’t offer to show me the product and just expected me to walk away. I will find other options for future family events.
