This place is goated
Waited almost 40 minutes only 1 window was open the others were blocked by tvs. Kids everywhere and few people wearing masks. Kids left garbage everywhere (rude) but they need more staff on hand to get the line down and tell the kids clean up or they do it. Please get more staff to help it must be stressful for them to be the only person and have a nonstop line.

Best ice cream place ive ever been to. I got a chocolate milkshake with peanut butter, fudge, and cookie dough and it was so delicious and the prices were great! Highly recommend!!

I've not had the experience eating the food since I don't believe in giving my hard earned money for poor customer service. I went there a few days ago and asked for a menu; however, this old, fat, white woman nastily told me to look up and then she walked away. How the heck was I supposed to know there were no menus other than the one on the chalkboard!?! It's not like I'm from the area and/ or ever saw this place before the day I stopped by.

Jim is one of the best ice cream shops in levittown. It's the only place I stop at. Very nice kind person. Has the BEST ice cream anywhere! And very reasonable prices.
Service is fine lots of choices and open in the winter. Great hotdogs and cheese fries also. Order food first then ice cream. That's what the sign saysðŸ‘

It wasn't that bad but people we're smoking pot and the manager was rude to me. He threw my funnel cake like it was garbage.
