I went out and stopped here because I love their food but the service was terrible today. He didn’t tell me his name but he was serving us our food he had a disgusted look on his face and he was just very passive aggressive. When we asked for the check we needed a minute to get the bill figured out as we were splitting cost and the guy I was with said we don’t need change, ( it was a dollar plus we had money on the table for him) then he counts it in front of us and says “so only one dollar tip” with an angry tone and face. We gave him another dollar and left. He would have gotten 11 dollars but he instead got 3.

Everything's deep fried, there is no broiled food. The flounder tasted like cardboard the crab cakes don't taste like nothing crab. 1st and only time never coming back. I would have been better off lightning $60 on fire. My own fault though, when you roll up on a Saturday night at 6:30 and ¾ of the place is empty , now I know why. Won't be here much longer. Go to red lobster, or Joe's crab shack. At least you get what you pay for and don't need to goto burger King for dinner afterwards

Food was great! Our waitress was awful, very slow, never around. we ended up having to keep asking the hostess for the things we needed, but she was super helpful and never seemed bothered to help. Definitely recommend just hit or miss depending on waitstaff it seems.

These people don’t know what gluten is, had to ask me, then said nothing on their menu is gluten free. Seafood is naturally gluten free, so is butter, and most of the things on their menu so it makes zero sense. Coming from someone who worked at a high end and expensive restaurant it was required for all wait staff to be knowledgeable about allergies and dietary restrictions. This was really disappointing for someone with a gluten allergy. I HIGHLY SUGGEST if you have an allergy or dietary restriction I would not eat here!
Dietary restrictions: Read review.
We had the worst server I've ever had in my life at this place, so much so it made my family uncomfortable and wanting to leave. The taller older guy with gray hair and glasses should not be a server. There are also other reviews stating the same, we went in for a late lunch and this place was empty, now we know why, food was overcooked, inside atmosphere is nonexistent, and the server was absolutely terrible. Zero chance I would ever come back here

Positive - they have the best sweet potato waffle fries I have ever had.Negative - our waiter wasn't very attentive - we were the only ones there and I had to get up and ask the hostess for silverware. The crab cakes were super tiny.

First time server was not experienced and could not answer our questions. Kept asking are we ready to order not giving us a chance to check out the menu. It's very different and you do have to study it to see what you would lik e
Parking: Parked in handicap walked u ramp. With two walkers handicap door was locked no one in sight to open it. We had to walk down ramp then across front of restaurant to the main entrance which we then had to climb a staircase of steps. Not handicap friendly at all. We we did walk in no one to greet us. Then when I mentioned the handicap door being lock Ed she said it's always lockec

I placed 2 orders, One for crab cakes for my mother. They were 2 slider sized, came with buns and waffle fries ( very good). For the price. The portion for crab cakes was disappointing.

Simple seafood place with good service and reasonable prices. Your food comes out in a steam bag on a plate, so to order your picking what goes in the bag including spices. Being from the Midwest that was new to me, but it was really good. I will be back if I'm ever in the area again.

Dirty. Extremely overpriced. Seasoning was bland, fired food = a big drink of oil with every bite. Gross all the way around. server was super weird, didn’t speak, just stared at you until you spoke. Awkward is an understatement. 0/10.
