Crespo's Fratellis Pizzeria

I have not eaten here for 1 or 2 months. Seems like everything has changed on the pizza; cheese, dough, sauce, and toppings. The pizza has changed for the worst. It is no longer good. I'm not sure if there is new ownership or cost savings, but I will not eat here again. They should look into the changes they made and consider reverting back to the original recipes.

Im very disappointed! Usually the food is good. I ordered tonight 2 salads and 2 sides. My bill was over $60.00 and it was awful. What i ordered was not right. When I called to let them know, I got excuses. I asked for croutons on the side. They put in it the ceaser salad and they were mush. Instead of admitting their mistake, they told me it was the cooked chicken that made them mush.... um exactly why I asked for them on the side. I paid 12$ for a side of stuffed mushrroms... no! I litterly got 3 slices of mushroom covered in spinish... this is not stuffed portobellos... its 3 slices of mushrooms. I called to express my frustration and got excuses and hung up more frustrated. This was way too expensive for what I received. I feel like this was an awful experience. And an awful response to my disappointment. So upsetting. Makes me never want to order here again

Ordered from here on 10/13 because my fiances friend kept telling us how amazing they were. The minute I walked in the atmosphere felt very blah, wasn’t even greeted. I let him know I came to pick up my order. We ordered Rice balls, chicken parm w/ linguine, and vodka rigatoni. The rice balls were tiny and BURNT, he had to squish them all up to try and make it even a tad bit edible. The chicken parm was super dry and they sent it with angel hair pasta instead of linguine. I called to let him know about the order, his reply was “oh do you want more sauce” like WHAT?? I spent $60 on my entire order and all you can say is do I want more sauce for my chicken parm. I let him know the Chicken parm order was completely wrong (wrong pasta) and he said “I can deliver more sauce and make new rice balls”. I usually never leave reviews because it is what it is. However he was so rude and careless. I’m so disappointed I spent 60$ on food that wasn’t even what I ordered or a tad bit edible.

We had our food delivered. We had the Brooklyn pizza which was very simple and tasty. My husband sometimes has a reaction to cheese and garlic. This was a great option for him. We also tried their chicken and rice bowl which was very good.
