Disappointed. We came here this morning ordered 6 donuts, by the time we got home which also an 8 minute drive all the frosting was gone and melted into the donuts. The icing was out on too soon while the donuts were still hot and they were a hot melted mess when we got home. Also tried to order two drinks they were out of espresso and couldn't make the peach one as well. When we asked for the Dubai donut was told you can't purchase one you also have to get the pink one. We didn't want the pink one so that would of been wasted.

Went in there once and selected a dozen donuts. A young girl (future Karen) was giving me dirty looks and laughing with some kid that works there. Rude and ignorant. Won't go back

To be fair, I didn’t actually have the opportunity to buy a donut. I went just before 2 pm today, and as I walked through the open door, the girl at the front proclaimed they were closed and had closed at 2. Okay, but both the sign outside the door and google say the hours are 7-7… and it was also not 2 yet? If the door was locked, I also wouldn’t have questioned it. Idk what just happened. She could have handed me a donut by 2, and locked the door behind me. Overall weird experience. To each their own, and not for me I suppose.

I walk into duck donuts not a hello not a how are you today? Nothing I’m Native American. My husband walks in who’s white Caucasian he gets a greeting. Hello how are you? I say to the girl nobody said hello to me. They just looked at me. The two girls working there that day were very rude. They were annoyed they had to wait on us. The owner of duck donuts better do something about their customer service, their cashiers and their work space because the work area looked filthy. I’ll never go back!!

I love duck donuts. I come in here all the time and usually the service from employees are great. Today on June 7th at 820 am I came to the store . I was the only one in the store. The young lady who took my order had an attitude, and was rolling her eyes as my son and I was placing an order. She did not allow us to get more then 6 donuts and then she said its a 30 minute wait . There was no other customers in the store. I do understand that its morning and they probably have alot of online orders but I dont think anyone should have to go through that type of service.

Honestly, great location! It's the closest one to our home and the service is always above and beyond and quite thorough! Highly recommend if you're in the area and looking for something sweet or savory! Even the coffee is amazing and delicious! 😋 Love this place! ❤️😊😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋
