Went through the drive through to order a doughnut, they didn’t have the one we wanted so we informed them that we would come inside so my daughter could pick and they said ok. We pulled around got the kids out of the car and they stood at the door and then said they are closed. Then watched the worker sit down and get on their phone. This was at 7:20 and it says they close at 8. Very rude staff.

I went in this morning look for a powdered cream donut. They had none so I settled for a Boston cream instead. Walked to the car took a bite and spit it back Into the bag. For $1.50 it should t be yesterday’s donut. It was stale as hell. Will never go back

Every time I go here I’m rushed through my Oder even if it’s not busy and the try and DO over charge u look at your receipt when u go there. I got a black iced caramel coffee even when she rang in the 4 pumps of Carmel it didn’t charge me until they hit an extra button mine said additional swirl charge what ever that is

I go here all the time and they always make my drink really good. There’s this one lady who I think has been there the longest and she’s so nice and friendly. She remembers what I get as well and immediately makes it for me if it’s not busy. I also like their cookie butter cold foam and their dunkalatte as well which is what I always get. 10/10 recommend.

I've gone here two times in the past week for pumpkin lattes and both times they were great. There's a man here who I assume is the manager who is very polite and fast when I am picking up my mobile order.
I stopped coming to Dunkin because most have horrible service and over sweeten their drinks but I will for sure come here more.

This place is absolutely trash. They over charge you for things by adding extra espresso shots that you didn’t even order. I ordered one donut and was charged for 4. I ordered a basic egg & cheese wrap and was charged for a specialty wrap. The best part is they only noticed they mis charged me because I asked for a receipt. This was not the first time but it is the last for me. I’ve reported them to corporate as well. I’ve also had multiple customers report similar experiences from this location. Scamming & greed at its best!

The coffee is burnt more times than not. If you order food they will hand you your food in the food sleeve, but refuse to put it in a bag (that’s like a fast food place handing you your fries).. then when you request a bag they act like you are asking for a free meal with the side eyes because you are interrupting their personal phone call. Terrible location IMO.

I had a really bad experience at this Dunkin location. The customer service was disappointing, especially with one employee (an older lady) who was quite arrogant and unfriendly. She refused to take my order and made me wait for a long time without any explanation, only to mess up my order in the end.

I’ve always loved Dunkin for quick coffee and breakfast, but this visit was frustrating and disappointing. I hope the management will look into improving customer service and train staff to be more respectful and attentive to customers.

I've been here a few times and they never understand what I'm saying when ordering. My order has been wrong almost every time. The has browns were soggy and old each time, and finally, they got mad when I asked for a receipt when they gave me the wrong change.
