Always ask for a receipt because they’re scammers and will charge you more than your total. The price is never the same and I order the same thing. I won’t be going back to this location. Yesterday, my order was wrong and I’m couldn’t do back so I wasted 6.55 on a order I couldn’t drink but now I look at my account and they charged me 7.55 for the same thing. Your total won’t come up on the screen. So, yes, ask for a receipt always.

This place will actually rob you if you pay in cash! I’ve asked for a receipt twice because they don’t give you total. I was robbed over $5 the last two times I’ve been there. I will call corporate and report them. Horrible!!! Also I love how you put a different cash amount as then what I gave. Really shady!

They never add espresso shots in my drink when asked. Also ordered a cold brew today and they gave me a regular coffee. This is happening way too often. Not just at this Dunkin but so many in Pa/Philadelphia. This is dishonest and distasteful. We spend hard earned money and we ask for something so simple to be made and not be swindled. Coffee shouldn’t be this incredibly hard to make when the instructions are on mobile orders printed out. Dunkin as corp should look into this behavior in all Dunkins. They’re not following or not caring to make the coffees / orders correct.

After being largely ignored by the staff for a few minutes, I was able to place my order. When the girl behind the counter went to put my order together, I had to ask her to wash her hands before touching my food because I watched her touch her mouth and wipe her nose just before that. She complied with my request but argued with me saying that because she uses the wax paper, it’s okay to not wash her hands before handling food. I’ve worked in and run food service establishments for 15 years, and I’ve never met someone with the audacity to try and justify that kind of behavior. It’s disgusting, and I will never spend another red cent at this place.

I recently visited Dunkin' and had a wonderful experience. The coffee was exceptional, rich, and perfectly brewed, making it the ideal start to my day. The food was equally impressive; the donuts were fresh, and the muffins were deliciously satisfying.
What really stood out, though, was the excellent customer service. Lakshmi, in particular, was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that my order was accurate and that I had everything I needed. Her warm and welcoming attitude truly enhanced the experience. I'll definitely be returning soon!
