Be careful of this shady Dunkin. They automatically apply a charge for their donations without even asking. I know it's only a dollar but, it's the principle. When I arrived at the window and asked the guy taking my money if they raised the prices he looked at me and straight lied and said yes. After I asked for a receipt I saw how they got me. Beware!

Went there at 3:35pm on Sat. 11/15. Ordered my food and noticed on the screen a dollar donation added on. Never was asked to donate, just added. Pull the window and question and the girl says, “Would you like me to take the donation off your order”. You can see why I gave 1 star. No apology, no acknowledgement of wrongdoing.

Went to this location 11/14 and the lady at the window was so miserable, every time you talk to her or say thank you she just ignores you. I got a brown sugar shaken espresso that honestly tastes like chocolate milk and a ham and cheese croissant that was cold in the center, for the price you pay for these items they at least should be made properly. I asked for a straw before pulling away and the lady turned away to what looked like yelling at other staff and telling them to “hold on hold on”. She gave me my straw and immediately closed the window. Won’t be returning to this location.

I have been to this location several times. Drive thru is always crowded. Sometimes they dont understand what you order. I always ask for a TOASTED bagel with cream cheese. I repeat and say PLEASE toast it. It never fails. You get a warm bagel. Nothing like chewing dough. I finally learned my lesson and will not return. If you can't toast a bagel, dont offer it to your customers.

I think this store takes pride in ruining peoples day by not giving them what they ordered. In my experience, more than half of the times I have gone, my order has been wrong. I wish I could get back all of the money I wasted on the disgusting tasting coffees they have given me.

I love the manager at this one. But I ask for my coffee a certain way and they don't do it recently 😔 the morning they do ok. It's usually evening when they don't make it how I ask. They been very greedy with the sugar and cream. Lol. A extra few pumps ain't that hard. Come on guy. But I give 5 stars because the Manger does a great job. He is always pleasant too. Very kind.

Disappointing, I'm given a cold cup of coffee no matter what time I go, morning, noon or night. No other dunkin in the area has this problem. I shouldn't have to come home and microwave my $3.38 old, bitter coffee every time. It's Ridiculous, buying a cup of coffee shouldn't be aggravating. You got me for the last time.
Staff barely speaks english. Very rude. Not a very good atmosphere. The charging ports to charge your phones or other devices while you enjoy your meal, do not work.
Parking: Is kind of difficult to get into the parking lot from the main road. It is a very sharp turn. And there is not much signage

This DD is so bad. They never make anything the way they’re supposed to. If DD releases a product they only make THEIR version of it. like the sweet pepper bacon… they NEVER added the seasoning to the bacon and then they just hope you don’t notice. I had to argue with the lady that this is not how it’s supposed to be made then after I insisted she finally admitted “oh we don’t have the seasoning.” I ordered the cheese hash browns and these people gave me a cup of hash browns in cheese covered in soggy half cooked whole pieces of bacon. How do they get away with this? I wish a Starbucks was closer to my home. Gosh they suck.

We just got two iced lattes with French vanilla. Despite asking for no sugar, they added sugar. We asked for a replacement, but this time they made a terrible coffee. I would like to share what I found in my drink, but I don't want to make you feel sick.
