Staff barely speaks english. Very rude. Not a very good atmosphere. The charging ports to charge your phones or other devices while you enjoy your meal, do not work.
Parking: Is kind of difficult to get into the parking lot from the main road. It is a very sharp turn. And there is not much signage

This DD is so bad. They never make anything the way they’re supposed to. If DD releases a product they only make THEIR version of it. like the sweet pepper bacon… they NEVER added the seasoning to the bacon and then they just hope you don’t notice. I had to argue with the lady that this is not how it’s supposed to be made then after I insisted she finally admitted “oh we don’t have the seasoning.” I ordered the cheese hash browns and these people gave me a cup of hash browns in cheese covered in soggy half cooked whole pieces of bacon. How do they get away with this? I wish a Starbucks was closer to my home. Gosh they suck.

We just got two iced lattes with French vanilla. Despite asking for no sugar, they added sugar. We asked for a replacement, but this time they made a terrible coffee. I would like to share what I found in my drink, but I don't want to make you feel sick.

I had my last straw with this location this morning. I did what i normally do and did a mobile pick-up order for a latte with an extra shot of espresso. As usual, I picked up my order in the drive through, my drink looks wrong, I ask how many espresso shots were put in and they say "one". This happens nearly every time. I point out that I ordered an extra shot to be put in, but this time instead of giving me the extra shot I paid for, they take the drink back, DO NOTHING TO IT, and then hand it back to me unchanged, I guess thinking I wouldn't notice. I was fine with my order being made wrong every time I went since there was never an issue with them adding the shot and never once was I rude about it or acted like a Karen, but to try and trick me? Over an extra add-on that I paid for? That was rude and I'm over it. Train your staff better.

I come to this Dunkin all the time the customer service provided here sucks! That depends on who’s working. It’s some great workers here but that one guy. I went to say how I was poorly treated and to my surprise it was the owner Sajeed that’s so rude of all people. That man is mean for no reason, he shoves things in your hand. He yell like you’re a kid. Not to mention complain because the customer ahead of me paid with coins. Now that I know he runs this place I will NEVER spend another dime here. Customer service keeps the lights on!

Just ordered an Americano. They served it iced even though they never asked me if I wanted it that way. I didn't. But I took it that way anyway, and it was pretty good. Men's room was out of service so the ladies room was used for both . Very slow counter service.
