Why is the lobby closed at 3pm on a Saturday?

When I ask him to add to my order to use a coupon he wanted to be slick and create a new order so I couldn’t use the coupon. Terrible service, rude, and smug.

Last year this place was better but now everytime I have to go to this Dunkin I cringe and hope they get the order correct on the first try. Over multiple visits I've easily spent 30m waiting for correct food or had to just throw out the wrong food and go to work starving ?

Friendly staff, we got iced coffee to go. I went thru drive thru. The server made sure everything was secure before I left, including putting my change away. Beverages were in secure cup holders and he wished me a good day!! Much nicer than previous server!!

Could not go in to order. This place was just remodeled. New signs say I can go in. Maybe they are understaffed. Went through drive thru said only coffee no donuts. Get up to the window and they are stacked with donuts. Don't understand. :(

Today I went to my local Dunkin’(8621 New Falls RdLevittown, PA 19054) to purchase an iced coffee with creamer and less ice. I have been ordering the same exact coffee every single day since I can remember. When I pulled around to the window to pick up my order, the employee at the drive-thru handed me a hot coffee. I politely said to the Dunkin’ employee that I ordered an Ice coffee. She then argued that I ordered a hot coffee. When I left I immediately reached out to the store manager about what had happened. The manager of this store talked over me while I was voicing my concerns and tried to defend his employee. I asked the manager politely to let me finish talking to address the situation correctly. The manager of the store apologized and took down my name and offered me a free coffee for my future visit.I would like to highlight a couple of things that prompted me to write this email.1. When a paying customer politely asks for her order to be corrected you DO NOT insist that what she/he ordered is what you thought you heard.2. When a paying customer verbalized that she did not order what was being handed to her at the drive-thru you DO NOT try to educate the paying customer in a rude way how to properly order an iced coffee.3. You DO NOT blatantly talk about the paying customer with another employee while she is sitting in her car in front of the driv-thru window waiting for the correct order.I am reaching out to the corporate to rectify this situation. I do not want a gift card or a free coffee. Perhaps a proper customer service training for the employee involved. I am in customer service myself and I understand that dealing with the public can be frustrating at times. But there is a better way to handle such a situation and importantly there is a better way to talk to a customer.

Stopped for breakfast this morning and my bagel minis were cold like they weren’t cooked at all. Clearly were in a rush.

Just went to the drive thru at 3pm for a quick snack for my baby who’s crying. All I wanted was some hash browns for him and there was a long hair on top I pulled it out and I almost looked past it but the next hashbrown I dug for another hair was tangled into it. I went back and asked for just a donut then I pulled off and the donut was rock hard. I started to go back a 3rd time but what’s the point

My sibling found a hair in their donut halfway eating it….they have to do better. Customer service is so bland. I will not be coming back here.

I keep seeing a trend with DD! I keep buying glazed donuts with no glaze on them. Someone is being cheap and not putting sugar on the freaking glazed donuts! I'm out! Never again!

Went there to get 1 plain bagel. 4.99 lol. You can buy a whole pack at Walmart for 3 something. When are all the restaurants gonna stop ripping everyone off?

I specifically go 10 minutes out of my way everyday to the Dunkin’ on New Falls Rd to avoid this dump. However, rarely, it’s more convenient for me to stop here. I was previously charged twice on two different occasions with the same order number showing on my bank statement. The owner (franchisee) is extremely arrogant, fake and dismissive. The coffee is disgusting, watered down and inconsistent. Why does my iced coffee taste like I’m drinking milk with sugar? Gross. I gave them one last chance today and I can’t say I’m surprised. Give the business to Dunkin’ off of New Falls Rd in Levittown!

Worst donuts. They sell stale donuts probably 1-2days old. Next time I will sue these guys and Dunkin for selling rotten food.

Never fails when you go to a busy Dunkin. Long lines just to get your pre-order wrong. They corrected it as they should. As for food, it's frozen then heated up and sometimes if you are lucky it will still be cold on the inside. For a quick bite if you're that hungry it's not too bad. Donuts were at one time a nice size, now they seem to be smaller and cost more.
