My coffee still tastes bitter, my husband's tastes like there's no sugar or sweetened swirl in it. Why should people pay for services that aren't done right? Waste of money.

It’s posted all over the building get a free donut when you purchase a drink on Wednesday. Yet they Give every excuse to not give a free donut. Should’ve known, Indian people never give anything free.

Food was not fresh. Server was adequate, but not friendly, she did her job, minus a smile or personality. Food as left over I said this isn't fresh, don't you guys make these fresh and she said no, they're shipped in from other stores. Never going there again. They all seem to be going down quickly. And it is very difficult to go to and leave do to the traffic on highly driven roads.

I recently had a terrible experience at Dunkin' Donuts with a friend. Not only was there a significant language barrier that made communication incredibly frustrating, but we also felt scammed by the staff. Despite clearly ordering specific items, we received something completely different and were charged more than expected. When we tried to resolve the issue, the employees were unhelpful and dismissive. The entire visit was a stressful and disappointing ordeal, leaving us with a sour taste and a feeling that we were unfairly treated.

Absolutely terrible,both the coffee and the food.....it's gone so far downhill that it's barely edible. Unfortunately all the Dunkin's in this area are terrible as they are probably owned by the same family and they use the lowest quality stuff they can get their hands on and it's absolute garbage.

There’s always issues when I go here. But the reason in writing this review is because of this morning. I walked in and watch hit coffee spill all over a gentlemen cause they didn’t push the lid on. Then I came up to use my coupon for a free coffee from the app. When they helped me do it then all my points weren’t used. The wrong coupon was being used so it wouldn’t work and it was a mess. Also if you have ANY ALLERGIES don’t go here. They leave open almond milk next to the station they make coffee and 50% of the time you have to walk in to supervise to make sure they don’t use the same mixer in all the drinks because of CROSS CONTAMINATION! Needless to say though I walked out without my coffee and won’t be going back. Will also be calling corporate about the coupon
