I just got munchkins from the drive thru. There was MOLD on them. I called to let the team know and they asked me if I have a receipt. I am not looking for a refund or a replacement. I wanted them to know THERE'S MOLD ON THEIR FOOD. So, since no one there listened to me...I figured I'd let ya'll know!

I asked for a hot black tea with milk and sugar, and they gave me a teabag in milk. I also got A toasted everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese. I received a ripped apart not toasted bagel with regular cream cheese. This place is the absolute worst dunkin ever. I’m pretty pissed off i spent my money on garbage. Regardless of how much it was.

They opened up their app again after the car hitting their building saying they have food and you can even order on the app for their location but when you get there they still do not have food.. they are being dishonest to get people there and only have drinks and untoasted bagels.

I placed an online order foe munchkins, when i got there , the told me they run out of doughnuts and munchkins. I can pick up the online order the next day instead. I told them i wanted a refund. They saif they will refund me and i am still waiting. They should have never charged my card if they new they run out of food!

It's not friendly and it's very expensive most of all. A small size matcha latte costs over $5. It's more expensive than Manhattan. After ordering, I asked for a reward point add it and she said no. I'll never come here again.
