First of all, some of the younger staff at this dunkin are sarcastic, impatient, and I’ve heard one of them raise their voice to someone in the drive thru.Secondly, my issue, EVERY SINGLE TIME I order my iced coffee, it’s handed to me with no ice. I’m not sure if it’s from hot espresso or negligence from the staff, but either way it’s very annoying wasting $4-$5 on a drink that is done wrong. I will not be returning to this dunkin because I’m tired of drinking room temperature “iced” coffee, but more so the ignorance and negligence of the young staff. Issue that needs to be fixed, and I would be very surprised if I was the only one who felt this way.

To the management of this location you need to train one of your employees for customer skills and her attitude. I have been going here for years and I ALWAYS get the same drink. On 3/14/24 around 10:15AM your employee for drive thru took my order. I repeated my order twice “medium iced mocha latte with no sugar and no whip cream”. Later a hot latte was ready for me so I said I ordered an iced mocha latte. Then the other girl who was about to hand me the drink went back and told me to wait as they were remaking the drink. However, that older lady who took my order pointed her index finger at me then shook her head and yelled you said hot! I got offended because she was pointing her finger at me with an attitude so I told her I said iced mocha latte twice I know what I said. I always get the same thing. And she started to talk to herself and said no you said hot and then her coworker and she started to argue. Then she said you pay 65cents more so I said I dont mind paying more but I dont know why you are giving me an attitude and I gave her my card. She said it’s because I am holding the line long. I was really disgusted with her customer skills. Also, she charged me 83cents more not 65cents. Whether it was my fault or her fault, the way she was handling was very rude and disrespectful. I hope she gets trained more professionally so that your other customers dont get treated like this.

Just left ordered $43 worth of stuff and asked for 2 signature toasted white chocolate latte. Never asked hot or ice. Got to window handed 2 cold drinks advised we wanted hot, girl said can remake them and lady behind her said I ask if ice but no never did and would not remake.
Waited behind a single car for 5 mins then waited another 5 until someone answered the speaker. Told the person i decided not to get anything and i would pull through. They took yet another 10 minutes to get that first cars order. Unacceptable.
