Came in at 7:45 on a Saturday 15 minutes before closing time and their door was already locked manager wouldn’t let me in the store. 0/10 would go lower if I could. I work at a hospital so I understand wanting to close on time but 15 minutes before your advertised time is ridiculous who do you all think you are.
Drive past other Dunkin’s for this site. How are the donuts better aren’t they all shipped in.. every other Dunkin has a translucent coat of chocolate. Drinks are always spot on too

I ordered matcha and they gave me coffee. The matcha order slip was literally slapped onto the coffee too lol but other than that this location is pretty good

Years before covid, this location was much better. Then it started to decline. Now it's so dirty, all the staff is rude, and there always seems to be an issue as to why they can't get your order correct. I think because so many high school kids frequent here, they just don't care. They figure teenagers aren't that picky so they do the very bare-bottom minimum to stay open. But that's unacceptable. A paying customer is a customer and they are what keeps them in business. Teenage, middle age, senior age, they all deserve good, clean, friendly service! I will never go back in there, it looks totally unsanitary!
**FYI--in the reviews, there was mention of the drive thru..... there is no drive thru at this location.

Can you PLEASE add on the option to add Cold Foam to coffees/coldbrews/etc on DoorDash? I almost always order from Starbucks now because they let you customize to your hearts extent. lol but forreal please atleast add a Cold Foam custom option. Thank you!

I requested a Cappuccino with extra foam and less milk, however, I received a cup filled primarily with milk. Upon requesting a corrected beverage, the barista merely transferred the coffee into a new cup and claimed to have prepared a fresh drink. This incident reflects poorly on the establishment's service standards and the integrity of its staff. Consequently, I cannot recommend this establishment to individuals who value high-quality coffee experiences from Dunkin' Donuts.

Always reliable and coffee is always hot, some other locations serve it warm but this location is the best in the area. The staff are always attentive and nice. The interior is redone for dining in if you’d like. They have coffee bags to buy and cute mugs too!

OK the people who work here are all idiots. I swear they don't know how to read. I did an order on doordash today and the driver brought me the completely wrong order, so I went there to only find out that they skipped over my order and never made it. After trying to explain to me how doordash works, which I already knew, I'm not stupid. How they gonna question me, when I had my order pulled up on my phone and walked in to my order not sitting on the pick up rack? Morons. But they need to get it together over there and learn to read. Every time I do an order it's wrong or something is missing. If I go back, I won't be doordashing anymore, I learned my lesson after today and then having to deal with their stupidity on top of it.

This sadly is the better Dunkin in the area usually but that's not saying much. However they're super sneaky and get mad when you don't tip. Today they added an "additional swirl charge" to my order when I didn't ask for one in the first place. I'm sure the owner is the one who taught them to do this so I'm not going to waste my time over this small charge it's the point, the employees are sneaky and I hope more people take notice to their orders.

To the management of this location you need to train one of your employees for customer skills and her attitude. I have been going here for years and I ALWAYS get the same drink. Today, 3/14/24 around 10:15AM your employee for drive thru took my order. I repeated my order twice “medium iced mocha latte with no sugar and no whip cream”. Later a hot latte was ready for me so I said I ordered an iced mocha latte. Then the other girl who was about to hand me the drink went back and told me to wait as they were remaking the drink. However, that older lady who took my order pointed her index finger at me then shook her head and yelled you said hot! I got offended because she was pointing her finger at me with an attitude so I told her I said iced mocha latte twice I know what I said. I always get the same thing. And she started to talk to herself and said no you said hot and then her coworker and she started to argue. Then she said you pay 65cents more so I said I dont mind paying more but I dont know why you are giving me an attitude and I gave her my card. She said it’s because I am holding the line long. I was really disgusted with her customer skills. Also, she charged me 83cents more not 65cents. Whether it was my fault or her fault, the way she was handling was very rude and disrespectful. I hope she gets trained more professionally so that your other customers dont get treated like this.
