Ordered here plenty of times. I’ve had the Attieke (I only liked the fish), spinach (not for me), fufu and soup, potato greens, palm butter, eugasi and cassava leaf. Good but potato greens is my go to. Sometimes the potato greens are made too soft and they tend to be “out of it” a lot. I get it a lil spicy because they will make it soo spicy you can’t enjoy it. My con is that you get a lot of rice in one of those foam take out containers but a small bowl of whatever you get with that. For the price we should get just as much cassava, greens etc as rice. The food is getting expensive; especially when ordering from grub hub.why are there “specials” when it’s literally the same original price no matter what day. Most of the stuff in store not online. Sometimes she doesn’t answer phone. The last time I ordered 2 things, she forgot one of them. Half the time my bag is filled with the soup when delivered to me

3 platters for $70 so I had expected better. I was so looking forward to some good African food but was greatly disappointed. For $25 I got 1 piece of fish, an enormous amount of rice with a few slices of plantain and lettuce. Then $20 for fufu and soup. There was barely 1 serving of soup in the container. There were a couple of old pieces of chicken, one shrimp in a little broth. The soup looked nothing like the fufu soup my friend made me a few weeks ago. The cook microwaved everything out of the refrigerator except the fish. The cook was nice but for the money they definitely need to step up their game.

The food is not as good as it used to be and is extremely expensive now... $20 for a spinach platter that didn't have much spinach and had old hard chicken which wasn't edible. I will not be ordering from here again.

Food taste very bland and such small portions for such big prices, also place has a weird smell when you walk in ?. Sweeties African Spot in Philly taste wayyyyyy better and is cheaper and they give you a lot. Won’t be coming here again and honestly I want my money back .

My children and I have been wanting to try the African dish Fufu for a long time now so I googled to see if there was a restaurant in close proximity to where we were to try some out. They were less than 10 minutes away so we decided to try out a few items on the menu. The owner was very friendly and took her time to explain to me what she had available and how to eat the soup. My children and I enjoyed it very much and also made a few videos on social media to share our experiences. I also told the owner that I took a few pictures of the establishment and food to share on Google Maps as I always do so that others can be aware of another great restaurant to go to. Definitely worth trying out. Sending you much more success and blessings your way dear! God bless you.✨??

I got very sick after eating here a couple days ago. I have eaten here before but this time was different. My Dry rice tasted like the fish was cooked in very old oil. I threw up 4 times in one night. Unfortunately I will not be back. I spent $40 I also got spinach w no rice. Waste of money and I regret it.
Never had fufu before until I came here. And I loved it owner is nice, friendly, and funny

I ordered the collard greens and it was delicious, but the portion size was way too small for $15.00. Most platters are enough to share at that price. Other than that, the owner/cook was very pleasant and the restaurant is clean.

Faith is a good cook and has some really good home made soups.
