We ordered Meatball sub, broccoli rabe , wings, turkey club and bruschetta. They took an hour and 20 minutes to deliver. The good was barely warm/French fries cold. Meatballs were good but barely warm. Bruschetta was on the bread and it was soggy. Usually love their food . Hoping it was because it was a Friday night.

We ordered a bunch of food, specifically 2 cheese steaks and I swear there was no cheese in these cheese steaks. The bacon wasn’t cooked at all and the onions were just laid on top. The plain one we ordered was so small it barely had any meat on it and same thing NO CHEESE. I mean it’s kinda in the name.

This one hurts to write a little bit as you guys have been one of my favorites for years. My mom and I ordered dinner earlier, a Turkey wrap for her and a Tuna Salad wrap for myself, the total came out to $16. The food gets delivered and we’re missing the Turkey wrap. My mom calls the restaurant and speaks to the same girl who took the order and the girl vehemently argues with my mom, insisting we ordered only one wrap, that we had to pay for the wrap again and it’ll be delivered whenever. $16 for one wrap is totally incorrect but whatever. Customer service sucked, food was okay, but we will never order from here again. Do something about the little smart mouth answering the phones or you’re sure to lose more customers. I do not recommend.

Very disappointed! I ordered 2 wraps for delivery. When the order was delivered, only one wrap was there. I called Giovanni’s and asked where my other wrap was, and the girl who answered (the same one I spoke to when ordering) insisted that I only ordered one wrap. I reminded her of our conversation and she argued with me instead of simply apologizing and rectifying the issue. I re ordered the 2nd wrap….still no apology. Customer service is important, and definitely lacking at Giovanni’s today. We will never order from there again, nor will I recommend Giovanni’s to anyone.
Here from out of town and was recommended by the hotel. Ordered delivery to our hotel. The pizza was just okay. The eggplant parm was served on a sub roll and very thickly breaded. It was only mildly warm when it got there, and the eggplant started to get crisp from all the breading. I had also assumed that when ordering it that I would have gotten a dinner, not a sandwich.

I Work way too hard for my money to waste it here ever again. Spent $40 on 6 slices of plain pizza and a turkey sandwich we just did a quick stop for a bite to eat. The sandwich had to be doused in ketchup just to be edible and the pizza was awful. Hopefully you avoid this place. I wished I would've.

We switched it up and ordered Giovanni‘s tonight. The pizza was delicious. My son had three slices. But I am extremely disappointed in the food. We got pasta fagioli soup and garlic bread. Maybe I misread the description but the soup didn’t have any meat in it and it was just noodles and a handful of overcooked beans in tomato sauce with zero flavor.. $7 for the soup!!! With no meat in it!The garlic bread was extremely stale and there was no garlic on it. It tasted like last week’s bread with a little slather of butter product with sprinkled dry parsley on top.That being said, we might order the pizza again.
