From the moment I walked in, I Got a bad vibe. The two young ladies that were working behind the counter had such a bad attitude. They did not greet us as we entered and the cookies and other pastries are not labeled so they expect you to know exactly what they are. And if you ask them about the types of pastries they were, they would give you an attitude, but as we were in there, someone else walked in that just so happen to be not as melenated as us, they greeted him very enthusiastically. Right after they got done ringing us up, they went back to their phones and acted as if they didn’t care about their job.

Italian peoples bakery, I'm an Italian and I been here a few times, not good at all, stale jelly donuts, at $1.65 a piece. Bought other stuff and not a good quality for the price,

This was not what I was hoping for. I got a snickers "cheesecake" that is actually about half an inch of cheesecake and the rest is a stale angel food cake type deal. What????? Thats not what I was intending to buy when I see the word "cheesecake". The white colors blend into eachother so its hard to tell unless you look up close. I feel duped out on that. I also got an apple crumb bar. Tasteless, stale, not fresh. I don't know what's going on here but it's not good. I'm highly disappointed and will be tossing it in the trash. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The hands down absolute Best fresh baked bread and rolls in Levittown. Highly recommend the sesame seed italian bread. Possibly best in the state. If you are just passing through grab one of these loafs of italian bread you wont regret it.

The kindest people in the world and the best cookies, i had gone in expecting to just grab a few cookies and be on my way, the woman behind the counter refused to let me pay, her kindness made my day, i just had a procedure and this was just the perfect pick me up. Thank you for the delicious cookies !

Bought what was supposed to be “French Bread Bagette” It had no flavor at all . Also bought rolls that had no flavor. Also bought cream puffs that tasted like they were sitting in somebody’s shed. Save your money and look for another bakery. If I lived closer I would have returned it all. Now I realize why the only customer in the store was me! I should have taken the hint.

The girls they have running this place couldn't care less. The service is rude, impatient, and like they couldn't wait for you to leave so they can go back to looking at their phones. The pastries do not taste fresh, they taste like old refrigerator taste, and even if they were the best in the world, the customer service experience is bad enough to avoid. I have never seen an actual adult in the place. When I come to shop next door at Hmart after work, the girls are locking the place up at 6:55 and the place is a ghost town when I exit Hmart at 7:10. They truly do not care about the business and I encourage the owners of the store to rethink putting your teen family members in charge of it.

As a frequent customer (also one who bought their wedding cake from here ) I am really disappointed in todays customer service . I never had an issue before , however , coming in today , there was different women behind the desk . Apparently , by the glare and huffing and puffing of the girl wearing a purple shirt , we were an annoyance while picking out cupcakes that took less than 1 minute . She was even said “are you serious “ when more people entered the store . Now , I understand the hustle and bustle of the season and how it is busy in customer service . But I have never had a bad experience in the 10 years I’ve come here . And today , 12/23/2023 @ 1230pm , I am really disappointed in the service .Very rude.
