I placed an order for plain bagel cream cheese not toasted. Also ordered porkroll and egg bagel. What I received was a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese . As for the porkroll no egg but cheese the thing that I did not want cheese. Extremely disappointed in not receiving what was ordered.

Bagel was good. Coffee ok. Never found the sugar. My thought is spend a couple extra cents on better cups & lids that fit. I wound up wearing half my coffee & my tech bag for work was soaked causing my devices to be unchargeable... Thanks. I'll stick to Wawa.

I was excited to try Keystone as I’ve seen many people praising it as the best bagels in the area. While our food was good, overall it was a very disappointing experience, to the point where I’m not sure I’ll return. Pictures attached. I ordered an egg everything bagel with cream cheese, and there was barely any cream cheese on it. I also ordered a steak, egg, and cheese bagel with scallion cream cheese, a hash brown, and jalapeƱos. There was so little steak on my sandwich that I thought they’d forgotten the meat. Literally only 2 bites of the whole sandwich contained steak. Additionally, they did not put any cream cheese on the sandwich, my over medium egg was completely fried/overcooked, and the jalapeƱos I asked for on the side were on the sandwich. Why even allow customization if you’re going to ignore almost every instruction in the order. Also the items on the sandwich were too small for the bagel so some bites of the sandwich were mostly bagel. Finally, I placed the order online and was told to pick up in 30 minutes. I arrived at 20 minutes and the order was not only done but had been sitting out for who knows how long already; the bag was barely even warm when I picked it up. Overall this was a very disappointing experience, certainly not worth the $20 I spent on the order.

Placed order for pickup. Was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived 20 minutes later, said I was picking up. They were confused when I gave name, asked if it could possibly be under a different name. I said no.

10 minutes later, they asked my name again. They still seemed confused when I gave it. Went back to the kitchen without giving any update.

Finally, 45 minutes after placing the order, they confessed they hadn’t even started making the order yet. When they eventually brought it out, it was under the exact name I had given them multiple times.

4-5 employees sat around on their phones at the front counter the entire time this was happening, that’s how slow it was here this morning. And still nobody could tell us why we were stuck waiting double what we were promised.

Not always a perfect 10/10 but for a fast food bagel shop with incredibly high volume every day they are unbeatable. The bagels they bake fresh every single morning are unmatched. Whenever an issue occurs they go above and beyond to make sure the food is fixed or that there’s a benefit for next time I come to make up for any realistic errors. There isn’t a single item on the menu over 10$ and while no parking spots are available on the weekend I’ve waited at most 20 mins at a time.

Get your shit together. Busy Labor Day and you don’t have any organization or flow to service. Two counters with girls both taking orders and nobody handing out orders. Tons of drivers waiting for orders. Waited 15 minutes for my order and not a single bag of food came out in that time. One girl went back and grabbed about 9 bags of completed food. And now there is a process to get those orders handed out as some didn’t pay yet, some needed coffee. As a restaurant industry worker it’s hard to have sympathy for a place that knew they would be busy but clearly had no owner or manager helping their staff get organized. It was embarrassing to watch.

My first time here. I got a bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel (delicious). My wife got bacon and scrapple on wheat bread (delicious). We got 2 large coffees. Three dispensers were empty, and we had to wait 5 minutes for coffee. The sugar jar was almost empty and would not pour, since the sugar was a hard lump. I had to take a handful of sugar packs. Lots of parking spots and the place seems very clean. The music was a little too loud. One of the workers started putting the chairs up on the tables about 30 minutes before closing.

As a native New Yorker, I was on a hunt for amazing bagels & Keystone Bagels is exactly what I was looking for! Delicious bagels, various homemade cream cheese flavors, breakfast sandwiches, & of course - yummy coffee! The service is always fast and friendly. It does get busy (but that is expected when something is good)!

Every. Single. Time I come here, they get my order wrong. Waiting 25 minutes for a bagel is a little crazy. I’ve refused to go back, found a new bagel place..even though it’s further away, I’d rather go there. Not great anymore

I ordered an egg bagel not toasted with plain cream cheese. After waiting longer than people who ordered after me I got a burnt, hard bagel, with blueberries in it, thinking it was mold at first. Called and they said everything shares the same knives and there’s nothing they could do but give me ā€œcreditā€ for cream cheese the next time. Don’t trust here if you have allergies! Aside from that it shouldn’t take so long and be so hard to get a basic order correct. Simply a careless business.

It's crazy how bad this place got. The food is usually cold, wrong, and or over or under cooked. Don't worry it's expensive and takes forever to get it as well. Been going here for years but never again.

1/5 stars Terrible and unprofessional service at Keystone Bagels. The staff was rude and needs to be more mindful of how they speak to patrons. They also seemed unprepared to manage the line, causing confusion and delays. I’d rather drink gasoline than come back here.

I have only ever gotten bagels to take home for the family or a bagel with cream cheese to enjoy at the moment. Same with my daughter. The bagels are delicious. Many different flavored spreads to choose from but we are boring. I do need to go back and check out actual sandwiches. The vibe inside is wonderful. Extremely friendly employees, clean and wonderfully decorated. We love to try and figure out the movies by the photos on the ceiling.

Check it out for yourself, you won't be disappointed. If you are going on the weekend you may want to order online because that line can be long. That's how good they are.

Third time going there over a span of months, called ahead each time and have been told 10 to 15 minutes for my order (no problem). Upon getting there I’ve sat for 20+ minutes each time because they ā€œmissedā€ my order and then miraculously found it after it’s gone cold, and or they just began to start making it after I’ve complained. Really a shame the place used to be one of the goats
