I’ve been a customer for a better of 5 years. To me , when I come into keystone I always have had good quality meats and the bagels were always fresh. I’d say for past year it seems that any sandwich I get just tastes so bland. It literally tastes like the ingredients came from a Walmart. No offense but I can make a way better sandwich than the ones we’ve been getting. ✌🏼

This is the best location to get bagels and breakfast sandwiches in the area. The Monty Cristo and the Belly Buster are the best. Food is prepared quickly when ordered inside, but call ahead is good too if you don't want to eat there. Would definitely reccommend!!!

Such a shame. This place makes decent bagels but customer service is a train wreck. If you call in or order online expect to have to remind their employees 2-4 times that you are there. They go in the back to check then come back out and serve the next customer giving you no updates until you ask again. Then after you stand around for 5 minutes and ask again, they either bring your food or forget about you…again. Sadly this isn’t a one time thing or when they are busy, this is almost every time even if they are extremely slow
The food is decent but with that poor of service I would recommend you spend your hard earned cash elsewhere

The sign says, voted best bagels, they are not wrong! I've tried almost all of the flavors they sell and I've narrowed it down to two favorites with a runner-up. First one is the blueberry crunch. Ask anyone who's been here and they will tell you the same. This is a super unique bagel packed with blueberry flavor and topped with homemade crunchy blueberry bits!!!! My second fav is the rye bagel. I'm going back to pick up a few loose bagels, grab some corned beef at the store, and we'll make a breakfast. Reuben 😂😂😂 My honorable mention is the spinach bagel 😊 Not only do they sell freshly baked bagels, they sell freshly made cream cheese in more flavors than you can even dream of. Reminder... You can use cream cheese on more than just bagels!! I tried the s'mores variety and we dipped pretzels into it. Absolutely perfect sweet and salty treat! They have indoor seating with a few tables outside and also sell hot and cold brewed coffee with a variety of flavored syrups. There is also a huge selection of takeout beverages available, including perhaps the best chocolate milk I've ever had in my life! If you don't have time to stop in, they deliver between 7: 30 am and 12: 30 pm everyday! If you do stop by, there's plenty of parking in their lot. Hosting a large meeting at work? Call ahead and have them prepare a tray of bagels or a box of breakfast sandwiches! This place does not disappoint, the staff are super friendly, and the owners are awesome!!!

And if that wasn’t enough, the way the ownership treats their employees is absolutely appalling—reason alone to stay far, far away from this place.

First off, I love this place. Their loaded potatoes are perfect, bagels are superb, soft, firm, and have plenty of flavor. I tried the Philly cheesesteak on a bagel this morning, and it was delicious. Honestly, the only thing that I would change is maybe a smudge more meat.

0 stars if I could. Never will be back. This is an awful establishment in the Levittown area. We have ordered from them previously, and often not had our food ready on time. We have ordered delivery too specifically through their own website, and have had either late deliveries or none at all.
We ordered a small order this past Wednesday. After 1.5 hours of waiting for the food, I called the restaurant and talked to an employee who was clueless on my order. It had been determined that my order never went out for delivery. I demanded compensation for this, anything (I.e. store credit, gift card), since tardiness has happened previously and now a no-show on delivery. The employee said they would “tell their manager” (who was not present in the store). They said “the manager would sort this out” and a “full reimbursement of the cancelled order would happen. I called again today (Friday) and once again a manager was not present so I could receive my refund since my delivery order was not delivered from Wednesday.
I doubt I will get my money back and will look into the BBB for options on how to get the word out about false business practices this establishment does. It is a complete waste of time to write this, and I’m doing this so other people do not get scammed by Keystone Bagels. An absolute trash organization and restaurant.

Our favorite Sunday morning breakfast! Always minimal wait and food is freshly made. Love their bagel selection, especially French Toast! Do yourself a favor and try the Monte Cristo. You won't regret it.
Kid-friendliness: Very friendly atmosphere and staff. My daughter likes to go because she gets a Dum Dum each time.
