Not always a perfect 10/10 but for a fast food bagel shop with incredibly high volume every day they are unbeatable. The bagels they bake fresh every single morning are unmatched. Whenever an issue occurs they go above and beyond to make sure the food is fixed or that there’s a benefit for next time I come to make up for any realistic errors. There isn’t a single item on the menu over 10$ and while no parking spots are available on the weekend I’ve waited at most 20 mins...

My first time here. I got a bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel (delicious). My wife got bacon and scrapple on wheat bread (delicious). We got 2 large coffees. Three dispensers were empty, and we had to wait 5 minutes for coffee. The sugar jar was almost empty and would not pour, since the sugar was a hard lump. I had to take a handful of sugar packs. As a native New Yorker, I was on a hunt for amazing bagels & Keystone Bagels is exactly what I was looking for! Delicious bagels, various homemade cream cheese flavors, breakfast sandwiches, & of course - yummy coffee! The service is always fast and friendly. It does get busy (but that is expected when something is good)!
