Update your open & close hours... When I arrived on Mon, 7/28 at 5pm they were closed while google maps said open.

if you guys can’t find enough staff after 5 MONTHS of “recruiting” to keep your store open for the correct hours, then you need to just pack up your business… and I’ll be contacting corporate as well.

50/50 chance that the store will be closed for no reason at any given time. Visited several times in this year, only to have the door be locked during operational hours with no explanation. Unreliable. Won’t be coming back.

We have gone here twice now and they were closed when the hours show them open. A previous review 3 months ago said the same and they responded saying they are short staffed. Really? 3 months and your still short staffed? Get it together!

Only open sometimes, constantly out of ingredients, and drinks are not made the way they are requested most of the time. Quality has gone considerably downhill from when this location first opened

Placed an online order, on two separate days, and the order went through. We went to the store and it was closed, twice!

1/9/2025 picked up a tall coconut milk tea.Kung fu tea back open again at Levittown store. Always great service and great teas

They're good but I ordered their popcorn chicken for lunch on their app, I get here at 12 but they don't serve pop corn chicken until 3? So why is it available on the app?? Been too many times they're closed without warning. Starting to get tired of the lousy service.

2 weeks ago I went there and the door was locked yet again with no warning.
They must be closed down. Perhaps due to health inspection report. I am really mad about my money being taken and no human in corporate to talk to!
